Completing missions from these minigames will reward players with an exclusive cape that can only be unlocked through the event. This means, if you miss the event, it is gone for good.

Java Edition Can Also Unlock the Exclusive Cape
The event is exclusive to players who own Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This means Java Edition players will need to purchase Bedrock to join the fun and get the reward. Fortunately, the cape reward is not locked to only one version. This means if you join the event in Bedrock, you will still unlock it for Java Edition too. You will not be missing out on anything.
