The Oscar Guzman Flies Again is a new set of missions introduced in GTA Online. These missions revolve around assisting Oscar Guzman in sabotaging rival operations. This includes the theft of the Titan 250 D and disrupting Eberhard’s supply chain. You will mostly be flying a wide variety of aircraft throughout the mission. This can be a good way to level up your flying skills in the game.
However, these missions can be particularly frustrating. They heavily rely on piloting aircraft and executing precise supply heists. Many players find helicopter-based tasks, such as those involving the Cargobob, to be especially tedious. The challenge primarily stems from the difficulty of maneuvering the aircraft and accurately attaching cargo with the hook. One of the missions in The Oscar Guzman Flies Again set includes this exact mechanic.

How to Complete the Oscar Guzman Flies Again Mission in GTA Online
Before anything else, you first need to purchase the McKenzie Field Hangar from the Maze Bank Foreclosures. The property costs $1,475,000. There are no upgrades for this hangar but it already comes with a bed and a space that can store up to 20 aircraft.
Once you purchase the property, Oscar should contact you for a job offer. Head to the hangar to start the cutscene. A quick tip, you can open the interactive menu and head to preference, change your spawn location to the McKenzie Field Hangar then join another session to instantly spawn in the hangar. Afterward, you can proceed to the laptop inside the hangar and start the mission.
Up and Running (Introduction)
At first, you will only see one mission but the rest will appear once you complete it. In this mission, you first need to go off-road and climb a mountain to destroy a Transmission Tower. Be careful as there is a cougar waiting for you at the top. Shoot it before it pounces on you, or you will die. I was not so lucky; I wasn’t listening to Oscar so I had to restart the mission, twice.
Once you get rid of the cougar, destroy the left side pillars of the tower by using explosives or a rocket launcher. The tower should fall off and a Streamer 216 plane should appear. Your next goal is to follow this plane and force it to drop cargo by shooting it. Get in your vehicle and follow the plane. Make sure to pick up the cargos it dropped or you will have to come back to it later. This saves you a lot of time and effort as there will be enemies chasing you.
After collecting all four cargos, you will then need to head to the marked location to deliver it to the buyer. Just follow the yellow marker as there won’t be any hostile threat following you from now on. Once you complete the delivery, leave the area and a cutscene should start where you will see the Titan 250 D flying by and attacking the buyers. Afterward, the mission gets completed and you can proceed to the next one.
Once the mission is complete, you will be teleported to a random area. You can start hopping to a new session to spawn inside the hangar and save time.

Mogul (Setup Mission)
Head to Banham Canyon to steal a Mogul plane. You will use this at the Finale to force the Titan 250 D to do an emergency landing. The place will be heavily guarded so make sure you bring out the big guns. Alternatively, you can drive a vehicle like the Armored Kuruma to shoot enemies while being safe and well-protected inside your vehicle.
You don’t have to kill all the enemies in the area. You just need to board the Mogul and fly back to the McKenzie Field Hangar. Take note that you can steal two Mogul planes in this mission. If you steal two, Oscar will be able to support you in the mission. However, the whole operation is doable alone.
After landing the plane in the hangar, open up your in-game phone and send a text message to Oscar to complete the mission.
Intel (Setup Mission)
The next mission is to hack servers using a drone to gain information that can help your big smuggling operation. Ride a vehicle and head to the marked location where you can gain access to multiple drones. Simply activate one of the control panels inside to control one of the drones.
Once you switch to the POV of the drone, head to the yellow marker on the map. Avoid detection by flying high and only dropping low when reaching the locations of each server. Do not get too close to the servers or your drone will collide with them and get destroyed. Simply move a bit closer, enough for the hacking sequence to start. There are a total of four servers to hack during this mission.
Once you’ve hacked all the servers, you can ditch your drone and move on to the next objective. Your next task is to head to a shipwreck and retrieve cargo that has sunk beneath the sea. Make sure you have a rebreather with you. You can buy one for $5,000 a piece in Ammu-Nation.
There will be enemies waiting for you in the area. Take them down and then proceed down the small port where you will see two boats. Choose one of the boats and drive towards the question mark on the map. Once you are there, jump down and swim to the bottom of the sea and search for four missing cargos.
Be careful when swimming around this area as there are sharks that might attack you. If you get jumped by sharks, repeatedly tap the R key or you will die. Once you collected all the cargo, swim back to your boat and head back to shore. Deliver the cargo to Osacar back at the McKenzie Field Hangar. Drive or walk towards the yellow light inside the hangar to complete the mission.

Iron Mule (Setup Mission)
After completing the previous mission, head back to the laptop for the next setup mission. This time, you will need to steal a DH-7 Iron Mule. Oscar will tell you to head to the weapon testing site marked on the map. There will be a lot of enemies in this area so make sure you have your armored vehicle at the ready.
Once you are in the area, you need to plant jammers on each of the four satellite dishes in the location. Clear out the enemies near a satellite first before going out of your car to place the jammers.
Once all jammers are set up, you need to hold out until the DH-7 Mule helicopters arrive. Once Oscar gives the go signal, press the E key to activate the jammers. All the choppers in the area should drop down. You can then proceed to steal one of them. You will have to press E again to deactivate the jammers so you can fly the DH-7 Mule again. Deliver it to the McKenzie Field Hangar to complete the mission. If you want, you can pick up the nearby Insurgent pickup vehicle and bring it back with you.
Ammunition (Setup Mission)
This is the final setup mission for the GTA Online Oscar Guzman Flies Again. Your task is to steal some ammunition for the Titan 250 D. To start, let Oscar drive you to the port using his Velum. Once you are in the area, jumbo down and activate your parachute.
Once you are in the port, head to the DH-7 Iron Mule that you just stole previously and use it to reach a cargo ship. This ship will have a few supplies that you can steal. However, your main goal is to get the Titan 250 D ammunition. It’s at the center of the ship, next to some shipping crates.
You will have a few minutes of peace as you try to land the hook to the cargo crates. Once the Blocking Pickup bar runs out, helicopters will start spawning and will try to shoot you down. You can also press the R key to switch perspective to the hook if you need to be more precise. If you grabbed a useless crate, you can hold the E key to unhook it.
Once you grab the right cargo crates, deliver them to the naked location on your map. There will be a yellow smoke in the area. Simply drop the cargo by holding the E key. Afterward, send a text message to Oscar to complete the mission.
Once the mission is complete, you need to switch sessions again to immediately teleport back to the hangar. Since this is the final setup mission, the next one is the Finale.

The Titan Job (Finale)
Head to the laptop to start the Finale. You will need to ride the mogul with Oscar. You will be handling the machine gun turret on the plane. Your job is to shoot anything that moves while Oscar controls the plane.
The main goal is to damage the Titan 250 D around 75% of its health and force it to do an emergency landing. However, there will be other planes that will be protecting it. A homing missile will also occasionally target your plane. You need to shoo it down or risk damaging your vehicle.
Once the Titan is damaged enough, you will need to drop down with it. Once you reach the location of the plane, repair it by doing a minigame where you press the right keys to make progress. Of course, enemies will spawn in the area. Make sure you are safe. You can even use your armored car as a shield to block off one side of the plane.
After preparing the vehicle, Oscar will drop the Titan 250 D ammunition you stole previously. You then need to spam the Enter key until all the ammunition is loaded into the plane. This is peak GTA 5 gaming.
Once you loaded the ammunition, you can then board the plane and fly it to your next objective. Your next goal is to use the plane’s weaponry to destroy the operation centers of Eber hard. You will need to switch between keeping the plane afloat and controlling the cannon. The heavy weapon is mounted on the left side of the plane, meaning you’ll need to adjust your positioning to get a clear shot at your targets while maintaining control of your flight path.
You will be doing the same thing but on different targets. The next one is a submarine. Afterward, the Berhard train. Once destroyed all the targets, you can proceed to deliver the Titan 250 D to Oscar back at the McKenzie Field Hangar.
Once you reach the marked location, you head straight to the cutscene. You no longer have to land the plane. Once the cutscene is over, you get your payout.

Oscar Guzman Flies Again Payout Reward
For completing the Oscar Guzman Flies Again on Normal Difficulty, you get a payout of 500,000. Additionally, you will also receive a bit of extra cash for each vehicle you manage to steal throughout the mission. If you didn’t steal any of the optional vehicles, you won’t get any bonus rewards.
