The Last Dose mission in GTA Online is the last part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update. The event happened after the conclusion of the First Dose mission, where you and the Fooliganz stole some high-value chemicals along with a Brickade 6×6 truck from Humane Labs.
Following this, the troupe caught the attention of pharmaceutical mogul and psychedelic therapist Isiah Friedlander. Sensing an opportunity to score a massive stash of illicit drugs, the Fooliganz set off on a wild trip—both to rob the medical celebrity and to get outrageously high.

How To Complete Last Dose Mission in GTA Online
This mission is a lot shorter than the first part of the Los Santos Drug Wars contact mission. You can finish it in more or less an hour, granted you don’t die frequently.
Here is a complete Last Dose walkthrough in GTA Online and some tips and tricks on how you can do things faster:
This Is an Intervention
On the first mission, you go back to The Freakshop, where you see Labrat tripping out after taking a large dose of psychedelic drugs. Following this, the warehouse gets raided by people in white shirts who then kidnap Labrat.
Defend the Freakshop
Your objective is to hold out and defend the place until the enemies retreat. There will be Buzzard choppers spawning, so make sure you shoot down the pilot. There are also explosive gas tanks that you can shoot to quickly clear out waves of enemies. After the enemies end their assault, the mission ends.
Unusual Suspects
After defending the base, Dax asks you to do some investigation about Labrat’s kidnapping and pay a visit to various hippies and Lost MC leaders.
Find a Suspect in Hippie and Lost MC Hideouts
Head to the marked locations and kill the enemies except the leaders. There are two hideouts that you need to check out. The leaders will have markers on their heads, and they won’t fight back once you kill all their associates. Neither of the leaders knows anything about the kidnapping, so Dax tells you to head to a higher-ranking hippie boss and ask for information.
Go to the Hippie Boss
Do the same and clear the area but leave the boss alive. The hippie boss will then explain how you might find something at Elysian Island, as he saw some armed people with white uniforms in that area. Head to the marked location to start your next objective.
Investigate Elysian Island
Once you are inside the compound, you need to check the nearest warehouse for clues. Simply drive around each of the roller shutters that are closed until a green keycode marker shows up. You will then need to do a hacking minigame to open the doors and gain access. Simply align the gap between the two white bars in the red horizontal line to complete the puzzle.
Search for Clues Inside the Warehouse
Once you are inside, take a picture of various clues and send them to Dax. A green arrow will show up when you are near these clues. You will be attacked during this section, so make sure you are prepared.
One clue is a keycard at a weapons workshop.
Another clue is on a corkboard in front of two couches.
The weapon’s crate in the middle of the warehouse is also a clue you need to send to Dax.
Another clue is the pharmaceutical supply crate.

After taking a picture of all the clues, you need to grab the keycard that you took a picture of a moment ago. Afterwards, you need to leave the warehouse, and then the mission ends.
Friedmind
Now that the group knows who is behind the kidnapping, Dax tasks you with infiltrating the Frieadmind HQ and rescuing Labrat.
Access Friedmind HQ
After making your way to the marked location, use the keycard you stole in the last mission to get inside the facility. You can do stealth in this mission by using a suppressed weapon, but eventually, the guards will be alerted. It’s easier to do it stealthily as fewer guards will spawn.
Search for Clues on the Top Floor
Make your way to the top floor and search for clues on Labrat’s whereabouts. You need to find two items here. The first one is the intel on Labrat’s location, which is found in the middle section of the room. The second one is the key to the basement where Labrat is, which is found in the right-side room next to the office.
Make Your Way to the Basement
Once you have the intel and the basement keys, go down to the basement door and go inside with Luchadora. After clearing the basement area, you and Luchadora rescue Labrat before meeting the mastermind behind the kidnapping, Friedmind. After the cutscene ends, a car chase scene ensues.
Head Back to The Freakshop
Your final task is to get back to The Freakshop. The car chase won’t be a big problem as the car is durable enough to withstand gunfire. Once you reach the Foologanz headquarters, Dax is now officially back to being a happy camper, and the mission ends.

The assault on Friedmind is not over as Dax reveals his plans to attack the therapist’s rehab clinic. However, things won’t turn out the way the gang expected.
This mission is similar to the Uncontrolled Substance mission from the First Dose. The gang is subjected to Friedmind’s new psychedelic drug. You just need to survive the trip, and the mission ends.
BDKD
The Fooliganz caught wind of Friedminds’ attempts at leaving Los Santos for good. Dax and the gang demand compensation for the damage the therapist has done to the troupe.
Infiltrate Friedmind’s Cargo Plane
The plan is to steal the supplies Friedmind has on his private plane. To do that, you need to fly a Velum and hack into the private plane to open its cargo ramp. The hacking takes time, so you need to stay as close as possible until the process is complete. Afterwards, there will be a cutscene, and you will spawn inside the plane.
Land the Plane Safely
Once you are inside, there will be guards waiting for you. Shoot your way into the cockpit, where you must control the plane and land it in an airfield in Sandy Shores. Keep the plane leveled, and a cutscene will start when you are close enough and do the rest of the landing sequence for you.
Steal All the Cargo
Once you are on the ground, Dax and the gang will start taking the plane’s supplies. You need to defend the area from cops. This mission will be easier if you have a grenade launcher or any rocket weapons. Simply blow up the cop cars that try to get close. There will also be choppers flying above. Make sure you take them down. Once Dax is done taking the supplies to the van, take the driver’s seat and get ready for a cop car chase sequence.
Lose the Cops and Get Back to the Freakshop
Once you are driving the van, you need to lose the cops before you can get back to the Freakshop. Most cop cars won’t be a huge threat to you as long as you don’t stop or crash. The only main threat is the vans that have cops shooting at the back. Make sure you shoot the cops who are at the back of the van. Once you lose the cops, head back to The Freakshop, and the mission ends.

Last Dose Mission Payout Rewards
Mission offers payouts ranging from $10,000 to $20,000. However, if you’re completing them for the first time, you’ll receive an additional $100,000 bonus.
Additionally, finishing the final mission of The Last Dose in GTA Online rewards you with the Ocelot Virtue supercar. This car’s base price is around $2.9 million, and you’ll get it for free. You just have to wait for Dax to call you and share the location of the vehicle. You can own it if you have a car garage. You can even take it to the LS Car Meet and have it customized and participate in races.
