How To Beat Takahashi Inoshichi (The Twisted Tree) in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Takahashi Inoshichi in Assassin’s Creed Shadows is a troublemaker for the villagers. Here is how you can eliminate him.

In the Inside Help quest of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Ujimasa will task you to eliminate seven samurais of the Takahashi clan who are disturbing the Kyoto villagers. Afterward, the Twisted Tree side quest automatically starts.

In this guide, we will discuss how to beat Takahashi Inoshichi, one of the seven Takahashi samurai in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Where To Find Takahashi Inoshichi in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

The Twisted Tree quest gives you the following hints about Inoshichi’s location:

• He is in central Kyoto, Yamashiro.
• The garden has a secret entrance.

Takahashi Inoshichi, the final member of the Takahashi clan, is located west of the Honnoji Temple. Fast Travel to the southern part of Kyoto to locate him. Additionally, you can use the image attached above to reach the exact location.

How To Defeat Takahashi Inoshichi

Make your way to the back of the location, and you will spot a big tree there. Use this tree to get a wide and clear view of the area. Afterward, perform a trust fall into the water below. Next, swim to the other side of the water. Climb on the fence and use Observe to locate the soldiers.

The best way to assassinate Takahashi Inoshichi would be to use the provided clue of the hidden door and try to avoid confrontation with the guards. To do this, you have to use Naoe’s stealth skills. Start by reaching the garden, then crouch down and move silently beneath the stairs of the building.

Soon, you will spot a floor trapdoor. Use this door to enter the building. Once inside, move across the hallway, and you will spot Takahashi Inoshichi in the room on your right. He will be reading a scroll, so you could easily sneak behind him to deal a heavy first blow.

Afterwards, hit him with Naoe’s Kusarigama to eliminate him. Once you defeat Takahashi Inoshichi, you will receive the following rewards:

• 2,000 XP
• 2 Mastery Points
• Kitsune’s Trickery – Legendary Trinket
• 305 Mon
