How To Locate and Complete the Nyoirinji Temple (Kuji-Kiri) in AC Shadows

There are two Kuji-Kiri locations in the Yamato region: the Soni Highlands and the Nyoirinji Temple Kuji-Kiri. The Nyoirinji Temple Kuji-Kiri is an optional quest located on the northeastern side of the Nyoirinji Temple. You can fast travel to the eastern side of Nyoirinji to reach the location. Once you arrive at the temple’s vicinity, you will spot its entrance on your right. Additionally, you can refer to the image attached above for a precise location.

After arriving at the entrance, you will spot a prompt indicating that it is the meditation spot. Interact with it, and Naoe will sit down for meditation. Next, you will see some patterns that you must remember. Soon, the hints will disappear, and you must press the buttons in the same order.

Soon, the tempo of the prompts will increase. Thus, you must press the buttons quickly to trigger Naoe’s hand movements. If you succeed in hitting the buttons in the correct order, it will trigger a flashback memory for Naoe. The memory may vary based on the different Kuji-Kiri locations.

You can also simplify this input process by changing the quick-time event settings of inputs to Auto under the Gameplay settings.
