How To Find and Pray at Omiwa Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Omiwa Shrine in Assassin’s Creed Shadows is located in the Yamato Region. To find what region you are in, you can open up the game’s map and zoom out to discover a total of nine regions that you’ll go through.

The Omiwa Shrine consists of three praying spots. Praying provides your character, Naoe or Yasuke, with a buff and rewards them with experience and knowledge points. Here’s everything you need to know about the Omiwa Shrine.

Omiwa Shrine Location in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Omiwa is one of the four major Shrines you’ll come across in the Yamato region. While doing the main story quest ‘A Chance Encounter,” you’ll progressively go through the Shrine.

However, if you’re up for a challenge in the early game section, you can find it in the middle of the mountains south of Nara Heartland.

Omiwa Shrine First Prayer Site

After entering the Omiwa Shrine from the east, turn right to find a path that descends to the base. Follow the path until you reach the rivers and cross two small bridges to find the First Prayer Site.

Omiwa Shrine Second Prayer Site

To find the second prayer site, turn right from the first site and cross the river from the small gap. There, you can find a staircase near two praying NPCs, and it will lead you directly to the second prayer site.

Omiwa Shrine Third Prayer Site

The third and final prayer site can be found near the second. Make a U-turn and move right, following the path that leads up to the mountains. In the middle, cross through a bridge in the upper areas, and on your left, you can find the third prayer site.

Rewards

Praying at all three prayer sites in Omiwa Shrine will reward you with 550 Experience and one Knowledge Point.
