Once you reach the exact location, follow these steps to obtain the Amaterasu’s Blessing Trinket in Assassin’s Creed Shadows:

1. Arrive at the cave’s entrance and sneak through the gap to enter.
2. Once inside, follow the path going to your right.
3. Next, you will find the chest on your left. You can collect the Shrouded Shinobi Hood from this chest.
4. Crawl through the gap next to the chest and continue down the alley.
5. Take the stairs on your left to reach in front of a water body, then use your grapple hook to cross.
6. Continue along the path to find another narrow gap. Squeeze through it, dive into the water, and emerge on the other side.
7. Head straight for a while, then use the grapple hook again to cross, and continue until you reach a chamber.
8. Take the path to your right, stand on the wooden platform, and swing across the water.
9. Climb the wooden platform to spot the chest with the legendary trinket and collect the reward.
