How To Beat Godai of the Wind in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Find and defeat the Godai of the Wind, which is part of the Godai Shinobi quest line in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

A group of five elite shinobi is referred to as The Godai in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. As a player, you are tasked with finding and assassinating these shinobi targets during the Godai Shinobi side quest. Through this guide, we will look at how to locate and defeat the Godai of the Wind.

The Godai are essentially named after the five elements in the Japanese philosophy, which are earth, fire, water, wind, and void. All five of the Godais embody the characteristics of the element associated with them.

How To Locate the Godai of the Wind in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

The Godai is in the region of Iga at the Otogi pass. The closest fast travel point is to the south of the quest, which is Aekuni Kakurega. Set a waypoint and travel to the location till you reach the Shimagahara Valley. Ahead of you is a bridge, before which you need to stop.

On your way, you will notice a trail of blood to your right, leading towards a narrower path. Follow the trail of blood till you reach a small cliff. Climb your way up, and you will see her playing a flute.

How To Defeat the Godai of the Wind in Assassin’s Creed Shadows?

Inflict as much damage as you can without giving her a chance to attack. If you time your combos well, she would find it hard to initiate her sequence of attacks, as she requires a slight charge time. Throughout the fight, both of them claim that they are better than the other. In the end, after you defeat her, you drop a final quote saying, “Scatter your hate into the wind.”
