With high Initiative, self-healing passively, and better Armour Class (AC), this item is a definite best-in-slot headpiece for a variety of classes. And gain access to medium armour and shields. Admittedly, it is a bit of work to make this helm work with the class. But the Rogue lives on critical hits, and in Act 2, the damage will be a significant upgrade from your current helm.
5) Steelwatcher Helmet
