1) Watchdog Man
As his name implies, Watchdog Man is an atypical hero with a full-bodied dog suit, stationed like a loyal canine. Unlike other heroes, he just stands on a pedestal and guards the city. He is immensely powerful and always makes calm decisions, especially during a fight. He also makes sure that he is always placing the safety of civilians’ lives before his own.
Watchdog Man’s city is the safest of all. 2) Tanktop Master
Though an S-Class hero, Tanktop Master maintains humbleness, unlike a few strong heroes in this universe who let their egos take over. He believes that the tank top he wears is the reason for his strength. While in reality, what makes him something of a superhero is that he works hard to be one.
One of the best examples of kindness was him taking an interest in Mumen Rider during a battle—in contrast to everyone else, who were making fun of him. Tank top Master recognized him as courageous.

During Monster Association Arc, he tells Bang to take the wounded heroes to safety, putting their lives above the fight as he prepares to make his final move. In a similar situation, he entrusts the mission with his disciples, believing in their capabilities rather than underestimating them to chase after Garou. 4) Puri Puri Prisoner
Being the only openly LGBTQ+ in One Punch Man, he is a strong and humble hero. He spent time in prison for assault, but his zest for democracy and justice stands high on the battlefield. He never lets his temper get the better of him, and he always puts others’ safety before his own.
For instance, he visited Stinger and Lightning Max after they were injured and hospitalized. In another instance, He got distressed because a sweater made by his boyfriend got ripped. These instances, among many others, highlight his kind-hearted personality.

His biggest act of kindness was when he allowed his former student, Garou, to return to his dojo for rehabilitation. However, although Garou chose a wrongful path, Bang believes in redemption rather than punishment.

Genos is the disciple of Saitama, one of the most popular characters in this series. He is one of the few characters who truly understands the awesome powers of his master.
He is greatly powerful yet humbly respects Saitama as his superior and is always willing to learn from him. Genos demonstrates his loyalty and admiration for Saitama by willingly standing by him and fighting for him whenever the occasion calls for it.

The name we’ve been waiting for in this list is Saitama, the protagonist of One Punch Man. Indeed, Saitama often displays apathy towards hero work, skips shifts, or gets upset over trivial matters like losing his wallet, even when facing bigger threats.
This is the reason one should look for deeper thoughts in human actions. His goodness shows itself when he goes into action. Though one may not consider him such, Saitama remains undefeated. He tends to pursue what needs pursuit, irrespective of any recognition.
When King, who is called No1. Hero himself professes to have no real powers, making it a rather sad thing. Instead of belittling him, Saitama relieves him of disappointment by asking whether they could hang out at certain times. He does not allow ego or fame to clutter his decisions.
