Everything you need to know about the trophies/achievements in Monster Hunter Wilds, how to unlock them, and more.
Trophies or Achievements are a great way to extend a game’s playtime as they give players an incentive to complete optional milestones. Monster Hunter Wilds is no stranger to this. In fact, if you plan on getting all the trophies for the latest Monster Hunter title, you’re looking at 200 hours of gameplay at least, if not more.
Much like the past Monster Hunter games, MH Wilds comes with plenty of trophies that will require you to grind for hours before you get a single Crown. Furthermore, there are also a few trophies that are based completely on RNG and a little bit of luck. However, unlike the past titles, a good majority of MH Wilds’ trophies can be earned simply by completing the main campaign.
Furthermore, there are no “event” or “Special Investigation” related trophies either, which eases the burden for players who plan to get the coveted Platinum. Here’s a look at all the trophies in Monster Hunter Wilds.
List of All Monster Hunter Wilds Trophies and Achievements
There are a total of 50 achievements and trophies in Monster Hunter Wilds, excluding the Platinum. The majority of these can be earned simply by going through the main campaign and hunting the entire roster of Monsters at least once. Furthermore, you can also bag a few additional trophies if you plan to grind for the end-game content. In our regular playthrough of the game, which took us about 75 hours, we were able to unlock 30+ trophies. As such, getting the Platinum shouldn’t be too difficult, as long as you don’t mind the end-game grind.
Unfortunately for returning players from MH World, there is a trophy related to the Fishing mini-game in MH Wilds. Similarly, there are also a few other trophies that will require you to make use of the game’s RNG systems. As such, some of the last trophies can be a bit annoying to unlock.
