Monster Hunter Wilds Rove: Character guide

Rove is a mysterious Wudwud in Monster Hunter Wilds or MHWilds who is found in the Iceshard Cliffs. Given that Wudwuds are usually found in the Scarlet Forest, he is really far from home.

What Is Rove’s Role in Monster Hunter Wilds Story?

In the Monster Hunter Wilds’ sixth trailer, we catch a glimpse of Rove. We see the Hunter, the Palico, Alma, and Nata around the Wudwud. The only thing he says in the trailer is “That way. Straight on to the end.” while pointing off-screen.

MHWilds Rove: Quests and Other Interactions

It remains to be seen if Rove assigns or assists the hunter with quests in Monster Hunter Wilds. As per the sixth trailer, he is at least helping with direction in a cutscene.

Rove can be found in Iceshard Cliffs, one of the MH Wilds locales.
