Picking up these Marvel Rivals heroes with Psylocke forms the best team-up synergy and makes her unstoppable on the battlefield.
Sai, aka Psylocke, is one of the strongest yet coolest characters in Marvel Rivals. The psychic ninja is a duelist rated with 5-star difficulty, making her one of the most difficult to master. With extraordinary psychic powers and abilities, she can seamlessly obliterate her foes with high-damage output attacks.
Her psionic weapons, such as crossbows, katana, and shurikens make her extremely strong in close-mid-range combat. Becoming part of the right team composition makes the psychic warrior a nightmare for the enemies. Let’s discuss the best heroes to pick with Psylocke in Marvel Rivals
1) Magik
Starting the list with another duelist, Magik. She is undoubtedly the perfect pair for Psylocke, as these duellists share the synergy of best melee-range attacks. While Magik deals devastating slashes with her Soulsword, Psylocke supports her with her psionic crossbows and shuriken attacks to clear a cluster of foes.
Additionally, they both share a Team-Up ability, where Psylocke gets into the Magik’s Limbo and rewinds to her previous position (a few seconds back) while gaining a health bonus.
2) Black Panther
Black Panther, one of the fastest characters in the game, deals some serious damage with his Vibranium Claws. Combining this aggressive melee-expert duelist with Psylocke can turn the tides of the battle, owing to their strong synergy in a dive-team attack strategy.
Additionally, Black Panther benefits from Magik similar to Psylocke, which makes him the best addition to the team. With proper backup healing support from a strategist, Black Panther and Psylocke can seamlessly eliminate multiple enemies in mid-close range battles.
3) Magneto
Although extremely powerful in a duel, Psylocke wouldn’t survive on her against multiple enemies. That is where vanguards such as Magneto come into play. With a large health pool (650), the master of magnetism can take up some damage to protect Psylocke.
This opens up a strategic opportunity for Psylocke to rebound and retaliate. Additionally Magneto’s shielding abilities such as ‘Metallic Curtain’ and ‘Metal Bulwark’ plays a key role here by protecting Psylocke with a magnetic shield.
4) Groot
Next up, we have another vanguard Groot. With an immense health bar of 700, Groot is a perfect tank to protect Psylocke. While Groot takes all the damage on the frontline, Psylocke can take out the targets with her Psionic Crossbow and Wing Shurikens, building a perfect synergy.
Similar to Magneto’s magnetic shields, Groot summons wooden walls and vines to protect Psylocke. In addition to protection, these walls can also deal small damage to enemies and grant health bonuses. Groot’s ultimate Strangling Prison creates opportunities for Psylocke to inflict serious damage on enemies.
5) Rocket Raccoon
Lastly, we have a strategist, Rocket Raccoon to heal up and extend further support to the allies. As one of the best strategists, Rocket Raccoon constantly heals Psylocke throughout the battle while taking out enemies with his Gatling gun.
Psylocke’s psionic weapons damage outputs are further boosted with Rocket Raccoon’s ultimate C.Y.A., turning the arena into the kunoichi’s playground. Rocket Racoon also benefits from damage reduction by activating a team-up with Groot and riding on his shoulders.
