In this guide, we shall go over how to get all of the MiSide Endings, so you don’t miss out on any story beat.
MiSide starts off pretty unsuspecting as a standard dating simulator, but as you delve through the game’s story and go deeper, things start to seem off. The visuals get distorted, Mita acts creepy, and the minigames seem to glitch. “Clearly something is horribly wrong,” you try to warn yourself but continue to push on and interact with Mita. The game then railroads you into one of its many endings, and regardless of which one you get, you are in for a shocker.
MiSide has three endings for you to experience, incentivizing multiple playthroughs. The first ending is the standard ending, the second is the Safe ending, and the last is the Stay ending. In this guide, we shall go over how to get all of the MiSide Endings, so you don’t miss out on any story beat. Disclaimer: Watch out for potential spoilers ahead.
How To Get the MiSide Endings
The First Ending
The First MiSide Ending is a standard affair and can be achieved by simply playing through the game once. As you play through the game and learn of Mita’s true nature, refuse her offer to stay and attempt to leave. Mita will then stop you for a hug, expressing regret over the little time she got to spend with you. MiSide’s first ending will then play out.
The Safe Ending
The Safe Ending is one of the secret endings in MiSide that cannot be unlocked on your first playthrough. You find the safe during your playthrough of the game but are never able to crack the code. The game does not provide you with any hints either, and this is on purpose. When the first ending of the game plays out, you see Mita unlocking the safe by entering the code 4970. The game then incentivizes you to go for another playthrough and use this knowledge to unlock the safe to reveal its contents.
To unlock this ending, simply head down to the safe and enter the code 4970. You will then find a laptop-like device inside the safe with a cartridge inserted inside. Interact with this device to unlock the ending.
The Good Ending
When investigating the creepy knockings from the Wardrobe in the final act of the game, Mita will come and stop you, asking you to simply stay with her. Accept her offer to stay to unlock the “Good” ending of the game. Take note that you will have to meet the following conditions to unlock this ending:
- Complete the main story.
- Play a console game.
- Give the sauce a try.
- Avoid looking in the vent.
- Collect the refrigerator magnets.
- Refrain from looking in the oven.
