DDR4 RAM kits have been a go-to choice for many gamers for several years. Are they still worth buying in 2025?

When it comes to pricing, DDR4 is typically cheaper than DDR5 and more readily available. A 16GB pair of 3200MHZ DDR4 Corsair Vengeance memory modules sell for less than 40 USD compared to 70 USD 16GB DDR5 memory.
So, Is DDR4 Still Worth Buying in 2025?
DDR4 is still worth buying in 2025, but only if you are an existing DDR4 consumer who wants to upgrade their DDR4 RAM sticks. DDR5 memory offers better performance, efficiency, and future-proofing while charging a little premium making it an overall better choice in 2025.
