When you are not battling in Dynasty Warriors Origins, you are mostly traveling to various areas in the overworld map. Although the game is not exactly an open-world, the map is considerably large. As such, you might find it difficult to trace your exact path in the various areas during your main missions. The mission marker shows you the general direction, but it does not navigate through the convoluted sections of the terrain.

How Can You Use Eyes of The Sacred Bird in Dynasty Warriors Origins?
The Eyes of The Sacred Bird has the following uses in Dynasty Warriors Origins:
- Trace your path to the next main mission on the map.
- Check your enemies’ health during battle.
- Locate Collectibles on the map.
- Track down certain items during certain quests.
You can press L2 on PS5 or Q on the keyboard to enable the Eyes of The Sacred Bird in Dynasty Warriors Origins. When you press this button, depending on the scenario, it will do a variety of things.
If you use it on the world map, the game will play an eagle’s soaring sound, while also marking the exact route that you need to take. The route shown by the Eyes of The Sacred Bird will be a white trace, like a dash of wind. In some cases, a trail of leaves might also form which serves as an additional visual cue. It also makes collectibles a bit easier to see on the map.
In certain regions, you will also need to use the Eyes of the Sacred Bird to track down something, like the magic the Yellow Turbans are using. Spoiler alert: You’ll have to use it to track a purple smoke to its origin and break the items.
This special ability also has another effect that can aid you greatly during a battle. If you use this ability while on the battlefield, it will show you your enemies’ health. It will also lead you to your allies and provide a general idea of the flow of the battle that is ongoing.
