The Sanity (SAN) in Palworld helps you measure your Pal’s happiness, ensuring that they keep working efficiently. If the Sanity drops, however, they become slow and sloppy, and the time taken to complete any task increases.
Sanity drops occur for various reasons, but the most prominent of them is overworking. Make sure that your Pals are well-fed and not overworked to keep their Sanity in check.
How To Increase Pal Sanity?
Since your Pal’s Sanity directly correlates to their performance at the base, it is vital to keep the Pal’s Sanity in check at all times. Checking the Pal’s Sanity is pretty simple. You can check Pal Sanity by opening the Palbox and clicking on the Pal you need to check up on. This will open a small window with their name and other details on it. Here, you will find the SAN indicator right under the HP and Food meters.
If your Pal’s Sanity drops too low, the game notifies you. You can then make beds for them to rest and sleep on, create hot springs, or feed them to increase their Sanity. Medicine works like a charm too, and so does some moral support in the form of praise.
