How To Get Malefic Crescent
As stated earlier, the Malefic Crescent is dropped by enemies at random. Participate in world events, Gathering Legions, and run Nightmare Dungeons (tier 30 or higher) to get this item. Since the whole thing is based on RNG, it can lead to frustrating levels of grind if you’re unlucky. However, you can boost your chances of getting this item by farming Lord Zir. This enemy has the highest chance of dropping the item and is your best bet at getting the Malefic Crescent Unique.
You will find the Lord Zir boss in The Darkened Way in the Gale Valley and can summon him using 12 Exquisite Blood. You can collect the required Exquisite Blood by beating Legion or World bosses in the game. Summon and farm the boss till he drops the Malefic Crescent.

The Malefic Crescent is one of the best items to obtain in Diablo 4. The first thing this powerful item does is grant 30 percent resistance to all elements, which is a game-changer. The Unique also works in synergy with Werewolves, granting you bonus movement speed while morphed into the form. The Wereworld critical strike damage and Willpower are also greatly amplified, letting you shred through enemies with ease.
The real USP of this Unique is its buff to the Lupine Ferocity attack. The Malefic Crescent increases the attack’s consecutive critical strike damage to 150-200 percent. This makes it one of the strongest damage outputs in the game.
