Human Torch has some of the coolest costumes in Marvel Rivals. His “blazing” arrival in the game wasn’t empty-handed. In fact, Johnny Storm started off his heroic journey in Marvel Rivals with three costumes. As a Human Torch main, you might find it difficult to pick which costume to rock in the next match because he looks stylish in all of them. But the purpose of this tier list is to give you a suggestion so you can decide better on your own.

All Human Torch Skins in Marvel Rivals

We will be using the following skins for this tier list comparison:

  • Default
  • First Family
  • Negative Zone Gladiator

Kindly note that we don’t criticize the makers or ridicule those who use the skins in the lower tiers here. This list only represents the writer’s opinions. The tiers will start at S, making it the highest tier. As you keep moving down the table, the tier value will gradually drop.

Since costumes are considered “cosmetics” in the game, they don’t serve any purpose other than to enhance your character’s looks. So, the judgment of this tier list was done solely on the basis of looks. However, if you still require an explanation of why we put each costume in its respective tier, feel free to read it below.

The default costume for Human Torch deserves more love. The model design and the costume both represent Johnny Storm’s humorous personality pretty well, while also letting him look enough like a hero. All Fantastic Four characters in the game look good in the default costume, but it suits Human Torch better because he is always ignited, giving it a unique touch. What’s better is that you don’t need to spend a penny to get this!

First appearing in the comic book Fantastic Four (1998) #600, the Negative Zone Gladiator skin makes the Human Torch look like a true menace. He’s a pretty powerful character to be up against and this skin really lets you feel it. My favorite part about it is that the makers of the costume completely reworked Johnny’s character design. He no longer has the number “4” on his chest.

Moreover, the solid magma on his face looks nightmarish (in a good way). Those who are interested can buy this skin for 1400 Units. On the other hand, if you are looking to buy the entire bundle, it will cost you 1600 Units.

This skin is the comic-accurate recreation from Fantastic Four (1961) #3. It is pretty nostalgic for comic book fans and long-term Marvel fans. However, the reason why it is in the lower tiers is because the dark blue color doesn’t suit the character design that Marvel Rivals opted for.

What’s worse about this costume is that the dark blue color appears washed off because Johnny is always ablaze. One good part about this costume is that it is available for only 600 Units as it is a reskin of the default costume.
