Dive into Mariana’s Veil Fisch update, where a submarine awaits you. It’s not just for show but unlocks new depths. Start at Roslit Bay, coordinates X= -1439, Y= 130, Z= 511, where Dr. Glimmerfin needs your help. He’s got a broken sub and a drill for you. So, collect five parts from obsidian rocks, assemble them, and you’re ready to roll or rather, dive.
Use Q to sink and E to rise. Upgrades come later for heat and ice, about which this guide lays it all out.
How To Get the Submarine in Fisch
To get the submarine, you need to repair a broken submarine with the help of Dr. Glimmerfin. Follow these steps to unlock and use it:
1. Find Dr. Glimmerfin
Head to Roslit Bay at X=-1439, Y=130, Z=511. Dr. Glimmerfin will be near the Mariana’s Veil opening. Speak to him, and he will explain that his submarine is broken. He will give you a drill and ask you to collect five missing parts.
2. Collect Submarine Parts
Behind the submarine, you will find obsidian rocks. Equip the drill and mine them by clicking the left mouse button repeatedly. You need to find five parts:
- Side Fins
- Back Fins
- Windows
- Submarine Top
- Metal Top
The parts spawn randomly, so you may have to drill multiple rocks before finding all five. If you don’t get anything, keep mining. The rocks regenerate over time, hence you won’t run out of chances.
3. Assemble the Submarine
Once you have all the parts, return to the submarine. Equip each part from your hotbar, then press and hold ‘E’ to attach it. Repeat this for all five parts until the submarine is fully repaired.
4. Spawn and Enter the Submarine
After assembling the submarine, talk to Dr. Glimmerfin again. He will confirm that the repairs are complete. Then select the “Spawn Submarine” option, and the submarine will appear in the water. Swim to it and press ‘E’ to enter.
The submarine works like a boat but allows you to dive. Use Q to descend and E to ascend. However, the basic submarine won’t survive in extreme conditions, and you must upgrade it to continue exploring.
Now, you are ready to navigate the underwater mysteries of Mariana’s Veil. With your submarine, you can explore new areas, encounter unique aquatic life, and uncover hidden treasures beneath the waves.
