Malena Tudi accused Nmplol of financial abuse and has a “slam dunk” divorce case according to legal YouTuber Henry Resilient.
YouTuber Henry Resilient posted updates on Nick “Nmplol” Polom and Malena Tudi’s divorce settlement. Resilient was the first to break the news about divorce in February 2025, after which Nmplol attempted to seal the divorce papers from public view. The YouTuber posted a follow-up video claiming that Malena is suing her ex-husband over financial abuse.
Resilient reported that Nmplol has to offer her temporary support and address the financial abuse allegations. The YouTuber revealed that the settlement could cost Nmplol over $850,000 without including any One True King (OTK) assets they co-owned during the marriage.
Malena Tudi married Nmplol in 2015, but the two content creators did not reveal their marriage to viewers. They told internet users they were in a relationship and announced their breakup in September 2024.
Malena Tudi’s Financial Abuse Allegations Against Nmplol
Nmplol filed a motion to seal the court documents about his divorce in February 2025. According to Henry Resilient, courts might keep the divorce settlement public:
“Sounds like she (Malena Tudi) doesn’t have any access to bank accounts with significant value. During a divorce you cannot legally refuse her access to bank accounts she normally had access to, unless she never had access to them to begin with. If this is true, she will have a slam dunk case.”
Resilient claimed that Nmplol might face legal repercussions if he does not address Malena’s allegations. The YouTuber said:
“Nick’s lawyer will also draft up a response to her request for temporary support, and hopefully address the financial abuse allegations, which is the biggest red flag.”
What Henry Resilient Learnt From Nick and Malena’s Divorce Papers
On February 10, 2025, Henry Resilient revealed that he got access to Nmplol and Malena’s divorce papers via a court. The YouTuber analyzed their divorce settlement in a video and alleged:
“She (Malena Tudi) will 100% run his pockets considering, they have been separated for the last year and no settlement has been reached. Likely indicating that whatever offer he made, if he made at all, was not up to her approval or maybe her lawyer’s approval.”
The YouTuber estimates that the settlement could cost Nmplol around $850,000 without counting One True King assets. He claimed that One True King assets could add an unknown amount and push the divorce settlement to over $1 million. According to the court documents shown in the video:
“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”
Nmplol then attempted to seal the court documents, but Resilient claims Malenda has a strong cast against her ex-husband and the case might stay public.
