The Garden Update for House Flipper 2 brought a lot of changes in its patch notes. Here is everything that was changed or added.
Frozen District has been launching updates in quick succession for House Flipper 2. One of these updates is the Garden Update, which introduced a large number of changes and additions to the game. These include new jobs, items, and many bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements.
Players will be eager to dive into this update and experience everything new. So, here are the complete patch notes for the Garden Update in House Flipper 2.

All Changes and Improvements in House Flipper 2 Garden Update
New:
A new job: “Setting my new garden straight” in Old Pinnacove, unlocked after completing “New walls, new me”.
A new house: “The Alligator Bar” in Old Pinnacove, unlocked after finishing the new job.
Gallery with saved Before & After photos! Now you can admire (or regret) your renovation decisions anytime.
Lawn mowing! Available in the tool menu after completing the new job, or by buying the lawn mower in the store.
A Sandbox mode tool to set up lawn mowing quests. Set it down and players will have to mow the lawn until it’s Tidy or lower.
Over 200 new items! (See below for details)
A new Sandbox mode tool called Visual Effects – for adding effects like falling leaves 🙂
New trash types! Including eggshells and more leftover pizza
Items can be locked and won’t be unlocked until you find the key! Set this up in Sandbox/Edit Level mode with the Edit Wiring tool. Connect the Key (from the store) to an item like a door. Players in Flipper mode will have to find the key to open the door! Perfect for puzzles and other mysteries 😉
New main menu for spring 🙂

Changes:
Disabling automatic Sandbox saves also disables autosaves when returning to the main menu. Be careful! Save manually if necessary!
The Quests view in the tablet shows how many rooms still have tasks left
Houses and jobs now feature subtle visual effects like falling leaves, for added atmosphere 🙂
Windows can be cleaned from either side.
Window cleaning requires you to only clean the visibly dirty parts
New loading screen tips
Flipper Tool/Duplicate now has an option to “Open in store” for items. Flipper Tool/Copy style still has “Open in store” for surface finishes like paint and wallpaper.
“Just like dominoes” perk for surface finishes now shows lines in the direction you’re tiling
Some developer codes have been disabled. That’s for your safety – sorry!
Various UI and gamepad improvements.

Item changes:
Color palettes begin with bright Pure colors and end with Drab
Added new TV channels including, a broken screen and NO SIGNAL
Billiard balls can all be placed into the billiard triangle
“Building molding Jungfrau” pieces now have new names to differentiate between the types. Say hello to the Arch, Cube, Prism and others!
Path rocks and slabs sink into the ground
Over 200 items! Including:
4 new patterns for wallpapers and furniture
4 new surface finishes
2m and 4m ladders
Doorbells – ring ring!
4 new garden fences
Swing chairs and a hammock for chilling in the garden
Garden decorations and accessories – hose, birdbath, figurines etc.
Garden paths! Lay them down with path rocks or path slabs that sink into the ground
Garden constructions! Decks, pavilions, arches etc.
A cozy new bike
Ornamental plants – Ficus tree, ZZ plant
Shrubs and trees – Lilac, Cherry blossom in many size variations
38 new lamps in several sets, mainly for Skadi, Futuro, Homefort, and Extravaganza
Resizable LED light strip!
Modular sauna set, including a dedicated door, floor panels, benches, heaters and accessories
Public bathroom set, including hand dryers and a urinal
A massage table
Many spice jars and spice racks to spice up the kitchen
A bedroom set for Skadi/Kirsikkapuu
2 beds without frames
Patio seating and coffee table for Valenti/Chambord
Living room seating and tables for Homefort/Byron
Many standing custom picture frames
New posters, decorative eggs, figurines, and wall decor
3 arcade machines
Air hockey set
Some new tools like wrenches
First aid and fire extinguisher kits
Co-op:
Player characters have profile pictures in the lobby.
Emotes! Communicate without words!
Player nicknames appear above their heads. No more guessing who’s who.
When loading or switching parcels, if something goes wrong, players will no longer get stuck in an infinite loading screen — they will be gracefully disconnected instead.
Most achievements work in co-op mode (only one last one left to implement).
Fixes:
Fixed placement issues with moldings. They should behave now.
[Assembly] The cursor properly hides when using a hammer.
[Assembly] Screw progress is visible.
