Learn how to efficiently farm Slorm Reapers in The Slormancer to unlock powerful builds and maximize endgame progression.
For each of the three classes in The Slormancer, there are 120 Slorm Reapers to be discovered in the game. Farming Slorm Reapers efficiently can only happen in the long endgame, and is essential for optimizing and making new builds. Here’s a streamlined approach to help you find the right Reaper for your build while maximizing other valuable rewards along the way.
The Slormancer: Slorm Reaper Farming Guide
1) Prepare Your Gear and Ultimatums
Before diving in, make sure your current Reaper is not yet maxed—never switch until it reaches level 50. Equip the Movement Speed Ultimatum to improve level clear times across the Battlefield and Slorm Temple. Later, you’ll also want the Experience Ultimatum when focusing on leveling and gear progression. There is no way to target farm a particular Slorm Reaper; therefore, grinding through levels consistently is the only way to improve your odds of getting a particular weapon.
2) Enter the Battlefield
Talk to Almerolis in the northeast corner of town and select Battlefield, then choose Wrath 2 and ‘Careful Examination.’ Pick any environment (Prison is a common favorite for its layout). Avoid wasting time on regular mobs and chaos breaches; prioritize elites and non-chaos breaches only. Trigger as many breaches per floor as possible, since Reaper drop chances rise to a maximum of 100% with each cleared room or breach until a Reaper finally appears. Which Reaper is dropped depends purely on RNG, and it resets the Reaper drop chance to 0%.
3) Enter the Slorm Temple
Once your Elder Slorm is full or you’ve cleared several breaches, enter the Slorm Temple. Progress through rooms until you deplete your Elder Slorm. These rooms also contribute to Reaper drop chances, so they’re critical to the farming loop. Once Elder Slorm is depleted, head back to town to sort loot and purchase upgrades.
4) Upgrade Strategically
Visit Olorin in town and spend your temple-earned resources to enhance your Ultimatums. Prioritize upgrades in the following order:
- Movement Speed Ultimatum (for faster clears)
- Experience Ultimatum (for leveling)
- Elder Slorm Capacity
- Elder Slorm Find Rate
These upgrades will significantly improve both your farming speed and Reaper drop efficiency.
5) Repeat Until Desired Reaper Drops
This cycle—Battlefield > Slorm Temple > Upgrades—can be repeated until your ideal Reaper drops. Reaper drop rates reset after each successful drop, so consistency is important to find one you want to create a new build around. Along the way, you’ll gain valuable experience, gear, and materials for crafting and rune upgrades. When your gear reaches its potential, head to Rick’s and reinforce it to up to +8. Once you’ve obtained your desired Reaper, continue clearing levels to convert it into a Primordial Reaper.
