Mecha Break has gone all in on its mechs and mech-on-mech action. The game’s marketing, trailers, and all forms of gameplay footage revolve purely around the mechs. Amidst all the clanging of metal on metal, a feature has gone fairly unnoticed, and that is the bar.
Yes, Mecha Break has a bar. An actual bar. This is a social hub of sorts that allows you to visit and spend time in a virtual lounge. In the bar, you can roam about in neon-lit rooms, drinking mocktails and cocktails, and spending time with friends. In addition to the bar, you also have a gym. The gym is, well, self-explanatory. You come in here and hit the weights or treadmills with friends.
The bar and gym don’t offer any perks apart from letting you engage in roleplay and perhaps take a much-needed breather from the action. They’re a fun way to spend time with friends and seem pretty novel, until you learn that they require an Access Card. Mecha Break has a Bar Access Card for the bar and a Gym Access Card for the gym. These are expensive, and we shall discuss them in detail below.

Should You Buy the Bard and Gym Access Card?
As stated earlier, the bar and gym in Mecha Break are social hubs where you can gather with friends and spend time. There’s not much to do here, but these two locations provide a great opportunity to indulge in the game’s photo mode. In order to get inside these two locations, you require Access Cards, and both the Bar Access Card and Gym Access Card cost 20,000 Merit Coins.
Yes, 20,000 Merit Coins for each of the Access Cards. There’s no typo, that’s the exact number of coins you need to spend. It takes a lot of time to collect that many coins, and spending them on Access Cards is a huge investment.

If you’re just starting out, we do not recommend purchasing them. Instead, spend your coins on other items and upgrades that benefit your gameplay. After logging many hours, and if you have a surplus amount of coins with nothing else left to purchase, you can then consider buying the Access Cards, if you feel the need.
