Mecha Break is all about cool, futuristic combat with mechs, known as Strikers. However, dominating PvP will require you to arm yourself with the best Strikers on the roster, most of which are locked when you start the game. You begin with just 12 Strikers available for use. The rest you’ll need to unlock over time as you keep playing. With the 1.0 release of the game, you can now only unlock new Strikers using Mission Tokens.

In the Beta stages, that wasn’t the case, as players could access new Strikers by spending Corite or Matrix Credits. However, now, Mission Tokens have become more important than ever. In this article, we’ll explore how you can get more Mission Tokens in Mecha Break to get the best Strikers.

You can earn Mission Tokens by playing any or all of the three game modes. However, there’s one condition that you’ll need to fulfill. Mission Tokens only unlock as rewards when you take part in Matchmaking Mode. That means you’ll have to queue matches where you face off against similarly ranked players to get the tokens. In Casual Mode, no matter how well you play or perform, Mission Tokens won’t be available.

After every match, you’ll receive a number of Mission Tokens. The exact amount will depend on various factors, chief among them being your overall performance. Winning a match will lead to significantly more Mission Tokens compared to not winning. You can also focus on achieving mission objectives, collaborating with team members, and mastering one or two of the available Strikers to maximize Mission Token gains.

Besides playing the different game modes, you have other options to get some Mission Tokens too.

Log In and Event Rewards

Simply logging into the game daily is a great way to earn a few Mission Tokens in Mecha Break. While the quantity won’t be anything to write home about, they can slowly add up over time. The game will also have ongoing events from time to time, where you might get a substantial number of tokens simply by participating in the event-related challenges or activities. So always keep an eye out for these.

Complete Tactical Station Missions

Tactical Missions are akin to challenges in Mecha Break that you can complete to earn hefty amounts of Mission Tokens. In the Tactical Station screen, you can choose up to six active Tactical Missions to complete. Make sure you pick the ones that are relatively easier to achieve. For instance, some of these missions simply require you to play a particular Striker. These are simple, and you shouldn’t have too much trouble completing them.

There are other tougher challenges, though, where you might need to play a specific Striker on a particular map. Meeting these objectives will take longer, and you shouldn’t have too many such missions active in your Tactical Station menu.
