All Game Modes in Umamusume: Pretty Derby

Career Mode
Career is the main game mode for Umamusume: Pretty Derby. The player takes on the role of a trainer at Tracen Academy and begins coaching a trainee for the URA Finale.
Completing careers is how you “raise” a horse girl. The trainee you complete a career with will retain her stats and skills, becoming a veteran Umamusume in your roster. They can then be used in other game modes and as a legacy for your and other players’ new careers.
Starting a new career requires TP, a recharging currency, and a small amount of Monies. The career ends when the trainee wins the URA Finale or loses a goal at any stage.

Team Trials

Team Trials is the PvP game mode that pits your team of Umamusume against similarly ranked teams made by other players. A complete team consists of 15 veteran Umamusume competing across Sprint, Mile, Medium, and Long Turf races and a Mile Dirt race. The track conditions and weather are randomized.
Each Team Trials match consumes RP, and it is recommended you use up all of it daily to earn rewards, as it doesn’t take much time for the match’s auto-resolve to play out. You start Team Trials at Class 1, and if you have a higher score than the class average, your class level increases the following week. The maximum rank in this mode is Class 6, and you receive weekly rewards depending on your class rank.
Daily Races
Daily Races have three race attempts available each day to earn Monies and Support Points. They consist of two races, each of which have three difficulty levels: easy, normal, and hard. The harder the difficulty, the greater your reward for beating it. Most rewards belonging to a race’s particular difficulty level are claimable only once.
Room Match
Room Match is the custom match PvP mode in which a player can host a race, set the track conditions, and invite players to compete. Players who aren’t participating can spectate the races by entering the Race ID.
Race Events

Race events offer a limited-time opportunity to face off against tough opponents in a Legend Race. Beating the legendary Umamusume will award you with her Star Pieces and other items. You can participate in the race three times each day, and losing still rewards you with fewer Star Pieces, depending on your position.
Story Events
The unique stories of various characters are told through cutscenes and races in Story Mode. In addition to Carats, playing through the story events sometimes rewards players with exclusive Support Cards.
