In this guide, we’ll explore all Kepler weapons in Destiny 2 The Edge of Fate, including how you can get them and their origin traits.

The Edge of Fate expansion for Destiny 2 is finally here, and the massive update brings forth a wide range of changes and new goodies. In this expansion, players will travel to a new planet named Kepler. And, as you might imagine, a new location also means plenty of new loot to uncover. You can also grab a number of cool new weapons that specifically drop from enemies in the location.
Each of these weapons brings something new to the table, making them worth your while to find and acquire. In the following guide, we’ll explore all Kepler weapons in Destiny 2 The Edge of Fate, how you can get them, and more.
All Kepler Weapons in Destiny 2 The Edge of Fate

The expansion offers six new Legendary destination weapons on Kepler. You will find most of these from enemies and by going through the different loot chests on the planet. If you’re looking for a specific one, you can visit Caldera’s Altar of Relativity and use Focused Decoding to unlock it. Keep in mind that acquiring weapons this way will require you to invest some Phaseglass Refractions and Fated Ciphers.
You can find both these materials on Kepler too, whether from taking down enemies or from chests. Also, before heading out from the Caldera, make sure you Attune yourself to the specific weapon that you want. This ensures that the drop rate for that weapon increases. Now, let’s take a look at the six destination weapons you can acquire on Kepler.
Weapon Name | Type |
Sublimation | Scout Rifle |
Agape | Handcannon |
Giver’s Blessing | Auto Rifle |
Ulterior Observation | Machine Gun |
Last Thursday | Pulse Rifle |
Precipial | Shotgun |

Origin Traits for All Kepler Weapons in Destiny 2 The Edge of Fate
For all six destination weapons, the origin trait is Exhaustive Research. This trait allows the weapons to load and fire a micro missile every time you aim down their sights towards an enemy. The micro missile requires some time to load, but once it does, pulling the trigger the next time will release the missile instead of the normal ammo. Also, you can deal pretty serious damage with this missile. Since it doesn’t have damage fall-off, you can even use it to take down enemies at a far-off distance with weapons that wouldn’t be able to otherwise.
