The Council is a feature that is only available in the full game of The King is Watching. This means you need to purchase the game to unlock the full experience. You won’t get this feature in the free demo.
Once you buy the full game, the Council will appear before your playthrough starts. Here, you can select up to 8 Advisors. There are a total of 21 Advisors to choose from, so you are spoiled for options. However, you need to choose carefully, as they get locked in once you start the run. This means these 8 Advisors will be the ones providing buffs for your entire playthrough.
