The main battle royale game mode in Supervive pits several teams of three against each other on a large map. With the chaos of team battles raging throughout the match, reviving teammates quickly and efficiently becomes a core skill for any ranked player. This guide breaks down the revival system in Supervive, from the mechanics of the Wisp state to the use of Deathboxes and Respawn Beacons.

Supervive: Revival System Guide

There are two stages to dying in Supervive. After losing all health, a hunter becomes a Wisp. The Wisp represents a downed state, during which teammates have a short window to revive the player. If the hunter dies in the Wisp state as well, they go into spectator mode and must be revived using the Deathbox or a Respawn Beacon.

Wisp

Players can still move around as Wisps while their health slowly depletes. The Wisp is impervious to damage but loses health over time. To revive a friendly Wisp, stand on it for a few seconds as the green bar over it fills up. This stops the Wisp’s health from decreasing further. However, if the reviving teammate steps away, the Wisp’s revive bar and health both begin to deplete.

If an enemy steps on a Wisp, its health depletes faster. Even if a teammate is standing over the Wisp alongside an enemy, its health will continue to fall, but at a slower rate. As a Wisp yourself, begin to move away from the battle to give your teammates space to revive you.

Deathbox

When a hunter dies as a Wisp, their Deathbox appears on the spot. Players can interact with the Deathbox to loot the fallen hunter’s items, Powers, and armor. Teammates can hold the interact (E) key at the Deathbox to revive the dead hunter. This takes considerable time and makes a lot of noise, which can be heard through the fog of war.

Respawn Beacon

If a teammate dies and could not be revived through their Wisp or Deathbox, they can still be brought back using a Respawn Beacon. Stand within a beacon’s circumference and wait for the green circle to fill up in order to revive a dead teammate. If an enemy steps into the beacon’s area, the reviving progress will pause.

Search for a nearby Respawn Beacon on the map by looking for its icon. If the icon is greyed out, the beacon needs to be built by spending gold before it can be used. If the icon is red, the beacon has already been used by a team and is now disabled.

Everbeacon

Unlike Respawn Beacons, Everbeacons can be used multiple times to revive teammates. There is usually an Everbeacon present near the center of the map. Coming into contact with the sphere of the Everbeacon will instantly kill any hunter.
