Best Way To Complete Fine Pins Wish in Hollow Knight Silksong

Accept the Quest

Before doing anything else, you first need to check the wish board in Songclave and choose the Fine Pins quest. The wish requires you to collect 10 pins from choirbugs. These enemies spawn in various areas near the village.

Defeat Choirbugs That Use Pins

You can’t just target any choirbugs for this quest. You need to defeat a specific type of enemy. These enemies need to be using a pin as a weapon. This means your targets are the flying Reeds or the durable Choristors that roam around the area. Reeds are annoying, as they can fly. This means the easiest target is the Choristors, which can only move on land. However, there is an easy way to farm pins without making too much effort.

Head to the Bellways near the Choral Chambers. There should be a nearby bench beside it that you can use as a checkpoint. The process is simple. From the Bellways, run to your left and to the next room. You should see two enemies waiting for you. One of them is a Choristor. Defeat them and hope a pin drops. After clearing the area, head back to the nearest bend and sit. This will reset the rooms and respawn the enemies. Head back to the far left room and clear the enemies in there. Repeat the steps until you get 10 pins.

Deposit Find Pins

Once you have enough pins, head back to the wish board in Songclave. Surrender all the pins to complete the Fine Pins wish quest in Hollow Knight Silksong. Once you complete the quest, you will receive the Heavy Rosary Necklace as a reward. This item grants you 220 rosaries when broken down.
