The Horned Melon is a Legendary crop introduced in the second half of the Fairy Event. Let’s find out how you can obtain it in the game.
What Is the Horned Melon in Grow a Garden?
The Horned Melon is a Legendary crop introduced in the second half of the Fairy Event. It is a Legendary-tier, single-harvest crop with a minimum value of approximately 60,166 Sheckles, a base weight of 3.00kg, and a minimum weight of 2.10kg.
When paired with premium mutations like Glimmering or Luminous, its value can increase significantly.
How to Get Horned Melon in Grow a Garden
To obtain the Horned Melon seed, follow these methods:
Gardener Seed Pack (20% Chance):
- You can obtain the Horned Melon seed from the Gardener Seed Pack at a 20% drop rate.
- Check the Fairy Fares shop run by the Elder Wisp Gardener NPC in Fairy World for Gardener Seed Packs or direct Horned Melon seed purchases using Fairy Points.
Enchanted Chests:
- Horned Melon seeds can be obtained from Enchanted Chests, which contain three possible seeds or pets.
- Craft an Enchanted Chest at the Fairy Event crafting station (center of the map) using 1 Enchanted Seed Pack, 1 Enchanted Egg, and 6,000 Fairy Points.
- Buy Enchanted Chests from Lumina’s Fairy Fares shop in Fairy World using Fairy Points.
- Collect 100 Fairy Jars by catching fairies with a Fairy Net (crafted at the Crafting Table) and submit them to the Lumina NPC in Fairy World for a chance at an Enchanted Chest.
Elder Wisp Gardener Shop in Fairy World:
- Visit the Elder Wisp Gardener Shop (left of the giant tree in Fairy World) to purchase the Horned Melon seed directly with Fairy Points.
