Knowing all the bench locations in Hollow Knight Silksong is important. They serve as save points, respawn locations, and a pot to recover your health. You will most likely have to seek out the nearest bench before starting a boss fight or arena battle.
These benches are scattered across various locations on the map. Finding them can be a challenge, especially if you have no map. The game usually shows signs that lead to a bench. However, they can sometimes be confusing, considering the massive of the map. To help you out, here is a guide on all bench locations in Hollow Knight Silksong.

List of All Bench Locations in Hollow Knight Silksong Act 1
Moss Grotto Bench Locations
There are two benches located in this region. They are very close to each other, but only the one inside the cave is accessible in the early game. The other one is inside the Ruined Chapel.
Bone Bottom Bench Locations
There is only one bench in Bone Bottom, and it is in the middle of the pilgrim settlement. You will be spending most of your early game going back and forth in this area. This means you can’t miss this bench.
The Marrow Bench Locations
The first bench in The Marrow is found at the bottom of the map. You can access this area through the right door of Bone Bottom. You need to pay 30 Rosaries to unlock this bench.
The next one is found in the middle of the map, where you can find the flea caravan. While you’re at it, talk to them and grant their wish of rescuing all stranded fleas around the map.
This bench is found in the upper area of The Marrow, near the entrance leading to Mosshome. You will need to hit the bell on your first visit to activate the bench and use it. Keep in mind that completing The Lost Fleas Wayfarer Wish will move the bench to Greymoor.
The last bench location in The Marrow is at the far right side of the area. It’s near the entrance leading to the Hunter’s March and Bellhart. It’s located inside a building.
Mosshome Bench Locations
Mosshome in Hollow Knight Silksong has two bench locations. The first one is near the path leading to The Marrow. The second one is the uppermost part of the map.
Deep Docks Bench Locations
The first bend in Deep Docks is located at the top of a vertical path near the entrance leading to The Marrow. You need to pay 30 Rosaries to activate this bench and use it.
Head deeper into the map, and you can find the second bench in the rightmost area, next to the entrance leading to Pilgrim’s Rest. You will need to ring the bell before this bench shows up.
The bench found in the middle of the map is a bit tricky to reach. First, you need to survive an ambush before a trapdoor appears, leading to the bench.
Head down deep into the Deep Docks, and you’ll find two more benches near each other. The first one is on the right path, while the other one is on the left path. Keep in mind that the right side is locked. You can find the lever on the left side that opens the path.
The last bench in Deep Docks is found at the bottom right side of the map. From the previous bench, head down the bottom of a vertical path and head straight to find a diving bell and the bench.
