What Is the Spirit Gathering Tempest Unlocked by the Xuan Family?
When you cast this skill, all enemies nearby are pulled to the center. Then the skill will unleash 10 hits at them. Each of these hits will deal 75% Damage. You can grab this skill if you join Xuan Family.
