In order to beat Episode Battle Bosses with ease, you have to sort of trick the AI-controlled enemies by following a set of moves. If you find yourself struggling against a particular Episode Battle Boss, you can start by charging up your Ki to the maximum. This will take your character into Sparking Mode, allowing you to unleash ultimate attacks. However, that isn’t the focus here.

Once in Sparking Mode, you can Dragon Dash into the enemy and start dishing out effective damage with a flurry of basic attacks. Since Dragon Dash usually positions you behind the enemy, you can easily deal uninterrupted blows to them. Additionally, the Dragon Dash is so fast-paced that it can disorient the enemy AI. This further allows you to let out basic attacks, enhanced by the Sparking Mode’s speed, making it very difficult for the enemy to block or deflect your attacks.

Once you have dealt enough damage and the enemy is about to be knocked away, aim down and hit the enemy with a Ki Blast. This will knock the enemy down to the ground and you can then use your ultimate move to deal massive damage to them. You can repeat this process multiple during a fight, as long as you have one bar of your Skill Count.
