What Is Attraction Prestige in Planet Coaster 2?
As mentioned above, Attraction Prestige is one of the four major stats that determine your Park Rating. It measures the quality of attractions in your park. It can be viewed in the Park Rating menu, where you can check your earned Prestige, current total Prestige, and the required Prestige to get the next star.

Scenery Bonus
The Scenery Bonus is one of the fastest ways to increase Prestige, which ties in with the scenery score. Add highly appealing objects to the scenery group of a particular ride to boost its scenery score. Use your creativity in the custom scenery menu and place pleasing decorations around the ride. This improves the attraction and Prestige of a ride.
Ride Reputation
The reputation of the rides naturally increases your Prestige. The various rides in your park go through several stages over time, such as classic, iconic, vintage, and old. Once a ride becomes old and outdated, it won’t contribute enough to your Prestige. Replace or refurbish older or outdated rides to keep your park fresh and maximize Attraction Prestige.
Try to introduce unique and fresh rides to avoid repetition. You can unlock new rides in Career or Challenge mode using research points. Consider purchasing and building rides that generate high Prestige. Maintaining healthy rides is also important, as broken rides will affect Attraction Prestige. Hire more mechanics to repair broken rides quickly.
Ride Experience
If budget isn’t a concern, consider setting the ticket price to Dynamic, which adjusts the ticket rate of a ride based on its popularity and the queue length. Setting the ticket price to budget or free significantly increases both popularity and Prestige.
Manage the ride queues efficiently to maximize the capacity of a ride. This includes increasing the number of cars or seats on a ride and ensuring it starts with full occupancy. These strategies enhance both profit and Prestige.
When building custom rides, always be careful with the three stats: Excitement, Fear, and Nausea. Adjust the ride in the ride editor to make it smoother. Aim to increase Excitement and reduce Fear and Nausea to attract more guests. Attracting more guests results in higher Prestige.
