You can evolve your outfits through the Evolution menu, which can be unlocked during the main quest “Land of Wishes” in Chapter 1 after you get Pear-Pal.
Once you have collected all the necessary pieces, you can evolve the outfit to get alternative color variations with new patterns. You need seven Calm Thoughts along with Bling and Thread of Purity to evolve a 4-star outfit. In the case of 5-star outfits, you need Heartfelt Thoughts instead of Calm Thoughts to evolve.
