Civic is a mechanic of Civilization games, representing a new cultural, societal, or ideological advancement for a civilization. Moreover, each civilization has unique civics, and these civics provide distinct bonuses. There are three types of civics in the game: Antiquity Age civics, Exploration Age civics, and Modern Age civics.
