Alchemist Needs Shelter

Here are the steps to complete the Alchemist Needs Shelter Quest in Enshrouded.

Craft a Suitable Build- Craft a Bed for the Alchemist. Create a protected space where you can place the Bed and ensure the area is easily accessible to the Alchemist.
Assign the Bed—Take the crafted bed within the sheltered area. The bed will automatically assign itself to the Alchemist when you place it.
Reassign the Bed- Equip a Summoning Staff and use it while aiming at the bed to reassign it accordingly if you wish to assign the bed to a specific survivor or reassign it. This quest will reopen to notify you once your Alchemist is no longer in shelter.

Staffs and Spells

Here are the steps to complete the Staffs and Spells Quest in Enshrouded.

Initiate the Quest- Speak with the Alchemist and select the dialogue option “About Staffs and Spells” to begin the quest.
A Spiritual Cane- Spiritual Cane is a Staff Weapon and you will unlock the recipe after acquiring Shroud Wood or accepting the Staffs and Spells Quests. The Alchemist crafts this item.
Required Materials- The materials required to craft the Spiritual Cane are 3x Shroud Wood, 4x Bonemeal, and 2x Resin. You can find the Shroud Wood beneath the Shroud by chopping down the trees. Bonemeal is a crafting material that can drop from vases or destroy other environmental items. You can craft this material using grinding stones using 1x Bone. The Bone is simply mined with a pickaxe in and around the Hollow Halls. You can obtain the Resin by chopping down trees with red leaves and growing Revelwood Red Leaf Seedlings.
Craft the Spiritual Cane– Once you gather all the required materials, interact with the Balthazar and access his crafting menu. The Quests automatically complete when you craft the Spiritual Cane.

An Eternal Spell

Here are the steps to complete An Eternal Spell Quest in Enshrouded.

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist and select the “Eternally Magical” dialogue option to receive the Quest.
Find the Buried Tomb- Proceed to the Low Meadows region, northwest of the Ancient Spire, and find the entrance to a buried tomb in this area. Make sure to bring the 2x Pickaxe, 1x Torch, and 1 Shroud Survival Flask.
Navigate the Tomb- Travel through the tomb by defeating the deadly enemies. There is a secret door hidden in the wall within the buried tomb.
Find the Eternal Spell- Look for a hollow skeleton near the lava in the final chamber. You can find the Eternal Ice spell on this corpse. Get closer to the skeleton carefully to loot the spell. You can also use bombs to create a safe path. The tombstone will appear outside the lava if you somehow die while retrieving the spell. This allows you to recover your items safely.
Return to Alchemist- Make your way back to the Alchemist after obtaining the Eternal Ice spell to finalize the Quest.

Carpentry Assistance

Here are the steps to complete Carpentry Assistance Quest in Enshrouded.

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist and select the “Carpentry” dialogue option to receive the Quest.
Find the Carpenter- You can find the Carpenter directly east of our original starting point in the Ancient Vault. Make sure you have a pickaxe and some explosives in your inventory. You can enter the vault from the western side. The vault is located at the base or side of a mountain. Use the potion to enhance your time allowed in the shroud. Take the stairs leading up to the vault after reaching close to the quest marker.
Tackle the enemies- You can ignore all the shroud enemies here and run straight east. Once you’re inside the vault, the enemies will leave you alone. There’s a big nest down in the vault, so stay alert. Defeat the enemies over there and start swinging.
Fight the Shroud Wraith- Look for the tunnel that leads further after killing all the enemies. The tunnel has bright blue light around it. You will not encounter the Shroud Wraith. Use the best skills, weapons, and techniques to eliminate this dangerous enemy.
Escape the Carpenter- Follow the tunnel to move into the vault. Use a pickaxe or explosives to blast the wall behind it is rubble.
Summon the Carpenter- Now, that you have the Carpenter’s soul, make your way back to the camp. Equip a summoning staff to summon the Carpenter and place him in the base to unlock a high first level of recipes.

The Alchemist’s Rumors

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist to receive “The Alchemist’s Rumors” after completing the A Story of Fire and A Story of Rot Quests.
Investigate the Troubling Rumors- Proceed to the Hill of Scavengers in the Springlands region to find the Scavenger camp. Unusual experiments are being conducted. The Hill of Scavengers is located in the southeast of the Farmer’s Ancient Vault. Move south along the road from the Ancient Vault. This area is guarded by Scavengers and wolves. You need to clear them out and move into the small passage in the middle of camp. Try to find a Lore Book in this area.
Craft the Improved Grappling Hook- There’s a mini-boss called Gorger Matron at this location. You need to take him out to learn the recipe for Improved Grappling Hook. The materials required to craft the Improved Grappling Hook are 1x Shroud Core, 2x Shroud Liquid, 3x Shroud Spores, and 1x Grappling Hook. Collaborate with the Carpenter to craft this enhanced tool.

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist to receive the “Explore The Hollow Halls” quest. Make sure you already completed the Growing Stronger Together and Carpentry Assistance Quests.
Find the Hollow Halls- The Hollow Halls are near the beginning area of the game. Open the map to find out the new POI that appeared after accepting the Quest. Follow the waypoint that appears on the top of your screen. You can enter the Hollow Halls from the left side of the mountains. There’s a gate leading into the Hollow Halls.
Navigate the Hollow Halls- Use the healing items like potions and food. Use a Grappling Hook for navigation. Eliminate all the enemies in the starting hall and move to the ghoulish teleporter to begin the dungeon. You’re required to collect the two ghostly runes to get access to the first barrier. The first rune is located near the barrier and the second rune is on the platform. Use a Grappling Hook to reach the Platform.
Navigate the Second Area- There’s a middle door that takes you to the chest. The chest is guarded by the enemies. To move to the next area, there are two paths. Choose anyone and then descend the stairs. Clear all the enemies over there to enter the third area.
Navigate the Third Area- This area has a large room filled with five runes that unlock the next barrier. You can find the two runes on the left and right side of the platform. The enemies are guarding the third rune. Clear them out to collect that rune. Approach the broken bridge to collect the fourth rune. Use the Grappling Hook to collect the fifth rune.
Navigate the Fourth Area- Proceed to the next checkpoint after unlocking the barrier. This area is filled with enemies on both left and right paths. Both paths lead you to the central path. Choose any path and kill all the enemies coming in your path. Take the stairs to go upward and interact with the rune to unlock the door.
Eliminate skeletal reapers- Passthrough the bridge filled with waves of enemies. To unlock the final barrier, kill the skeletal reapers marked with runes.
Retrieve The Collector- Interact with the distinctive coffin to get the Collector’s soul before entering the last room. The Collector can be summoned using the summoning staff.
Finalize the Quest- Move into the last room and loot the central coffin. Exit the Dungeon by using the teleporter.

The Alchemist’s Mortar

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist and select the “Alchemist’s Mortar” dialogue option to begin the quest.
Find the Alchemist’s Tower- Proceed to the Alchemist’s Tower in Lone Thistle, situated north of the Queen’s Tomb. Get ready for the journey through challenging terrain, including areas affected by the Shroud. Make sure you have adequate supplies and equipment for the expedition. Turn left at the lantern when you get into the Shrouded area. Keep moving until you reach the lantern on the side of the large gate. Pass through the gate to enter the Lone Thistle. Clear all the enemies over there and take the stairs on the side of the area. There’s a road leading you to the Alchemist’s Tower.
Explore the Tower- Look for the mortar when you enter the tower. There are multiple floors each containing several rooms in the tower. The mortar is located in the basement which requires you to solve puzzles or unlock doors to access it. Find a button to unlock the gate. The button is found by heading up the stairs. Move to the first floor and continue climbing till you reach the top of the tower. There will be two door frames while moving through the third stairs. Use axes and torches to break them. Move to the right and find the button after breaking through. The button is available on the wall, so you need to interact with it to open the gate.
Retrieve the Mortar- Move back to the basement to retrieve mortar. Make your way back to the base and place the mortar in a suitable place to finish the quest.

Cat Search

Initiate the Quest- Talk to an Alchemist in your base to receive the “Cat Search” quest.
Obtain Cat Food Bait- Craft the Cat Food Bait for taming a stay Cat in Alchemist’s Tower. The materials required to craft the Cat Food Bait are 2x Raw Lean Meat, 1x Raw Wolf Meat, 1x Raw Game, and 1x Stinging Nettle. Raw Lean Meat is obtained by killing Goat, Hophare, and Rats. Raw Wolf Meat is obtained by killing a wolf and you can get the Raw Game from Boar and Sabertooth Tiger. Stinging Nettle can be obtained in the Revelwood.
Proceed to Alchemist Tower- The Alchemist’s Tower in Lone Thistle, situated north of the Queen’s Tomb. Move left at the lantern when you get into the Shrouded area. Run until you approach the lantern on the side of the large gate. Move through the gate to enter the Lone Thistle. Defeat all the enemies over there and take the stairs on the side of the area. Take a road leading you to the Alchemist’s Tower.
Tame a Star Cat- Get inside the tower and look for the cat. Use the Cat Food Bait to tame the cat.
Return to base- Make your way back to the base and place the cat in a suitable place. Craft a Cat Bowl and a Cat Bed to keep the Cat happy. You can craft these items with the help of the Farmer.

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist in the base to start A Black Cauldron quest. Make sure you already completed the Finding Masonry Tools quest.
Talk to Farmer- Speak with Emily Fray who informs you about a sorcerer named Ikora. She suggests you investigate her whereabouts.
Investigate Ikora’s Whereabouts– Proceed to the Rattlebleak, a town in the Nomad Highlands. Find the clues about Ikora’s experiments and the location of the Black Cauldron by exploring the area. There are three Lore Books scattered around the town. A Hunger in the Dark and Its Flesh is Potent are the two books that you can find near the Fattlebleak. One is inside the building on the southeast side of the area and the other is in the middle of town. You can find the third book in the basement of the house available in the southeast.
Follow Ikora’s Trail- There are calcified statues leading away from the town in the Rattlebeak. You need to follow the trail to the Cradle of Dusk where you face the Fell Monstrosity. Defeat the Fell Monstrosity in the Cradle of Dusk. Loot the Black Cauldron and the Fell Monstrosity Head after defeating this mini-boss.
Return to base- Make your way back to the base and speak with the Alchemist to proceed.
Craft the Alchemy Station- The materials required to craft the Alchemy Station are 20x Fired Bricks, 6 Wood Planks, 10 Nails, 3 Wood Logs, 5 Copper Bars, and 1x Black Cauldron.

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist in your base to receive the Scientific Instruments for a Laboratory quest. Make sure you’ve Shroud passage level 5 and already completed the Almanac of Plants and Seedlings for the Farmer and Finding Masonry Tools Quests.
Search for Clues- Move to the Obelisk Excavation Camp and search the clues that provide information about Loraine Crim’s last known expedition. First, you need to fast travel to the Ancient Spire in the Kindlewastes to glide in the east direction. Take a road on the mountain’s south side and keep running till you arrive at the camp.
Explore the Eldermere Dam- Move to the Eldermere Dam Excavation Camp and look for a note indicating that Loraine Crim investigated an Ancient Dam before. She dropped her Scientific Instruments when her camp was attacked by vultures.
Retrieve the Scientific Instruments- Find the area where Loraine Crim dropped her Scientific Instruments by following the clues. Move to the Return Beacon and turn right to get to the ancient dam. A box of instruments is guarded by a wyvern. Defeat this deadly enemy and head into its nest to get the Alchemist’s Instruments.
Return to the base- Move back to the base and use the required materials to craft the Laboratory. The materials required to craft the Laboratory are 1 Scientific Instruments, 1 Athanor, 40 Fired Bricks, 10 Copper Bars, and 3 Glass. The quest will automatically complete when you craft the Laboratory in your base.

Here are the steps to complete Among The Bluejays Quest in Enshrouded.

Initiate the Quest- Talk to the Alchemist at your base to receive the “Among The Bluejays” quest.
Find the Legendary Glider- There is a legendary Glider located near an ancient Sun Temple. Open the map to find out the marked location. You need to move to the marked location to find the Sun Temple.
Access the Tower- Defeat the enemies in the Courtyard to move into the tower. There is a puzzle involving three lights in the tower. Shoot the lights in the correct sequence by using the bow and arrow to unlock the path. Once you solve the puzzle, find the Ghost Glider.
