Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 features custom armor sets, but players have to commit to their creations.
Custom armor sets in Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 allow players to create their dream Space Marine before heading into battle. The customized Space Marines have their own unique identity on the battlefield during Eternal War and Operations.
The game provides players with four custom armor slots. You can easily switch between the different customization options. However, be careful as once you have filled a custom armor set slot, you cannot clear it anymore.
Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 Does Not Allow You to Delete Custom Armor Sets
If you visit the Armouring Hall in Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2, you can access the terminal that allows you to customize your Space Marine’s loadout and armor set. You can find the option to modify your armor set under Edit Armor. This option will show you all the different armor sets that you can unlock and equip in the game.
However, once you have used up a custom armor slot, it will be permanently filled. Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 does not allow you to delete the contents of a custom armor slot and start over. However, you can modify and edit your custom armor pieces without any restrictions or penalties.
Additionally, there is also the Astartes Chapters section of the customization. Here, you can choose the colors for your Space Marine and how they will be applied. However, much like custom armor sets, these cannot be deleted once chosen. The only option is to start a new playthrough, but you will lose all of your progress.
