The Ashiga Queen and her daughter are at civil war, and you can choose to give the strand to Krisk or the Queen.
The Hive mission is one of the main story missions in Star Wars Outlaws, and it incorporates the syndicate warfare plaguing the world. In this mission, Kay will be caught up in a mother-daughter scuffle with the Origin Strand. You will have to give the strand to either Krisk or the Queen.
In this guide, we shall look at how to complete The Hive mission and the choices you will have to make.
How to Complete The Hive Mission
The Hive mission begins in the Ashiga clan district, where you will receive a call from Maiyu who will ask you to take on a job. Follow the yellow marker and head to Kijimi to meet with Ank and Qi’ra. This will trigger a cutscene.
Then, make your way through the crevice in front and follow the path down on the right. Keep going straight till you reach a dead end with a pit ahead of you. Now, look right and scale up the wall to reach another platform. There will be another pit ahead of you. Grapple across and follow the path straight towards the objective marker. You will have to grapple and parkour across the gaps in the way. You will then reach the Kijimi System.
Here, scale up the wall on the right to reach a platform and then climb the ladder. Be wary of the large fans as they can blow you off the platform. At the very top is a fan that blocks your way to the next platform. Shoot the rock ahead to expose a switchboard. Send Nix over to turn open the switchboard and shoot the switch to stop the fan. Jump across and plant an explosive on the yellow wall. Maintain a little distance and let it detonate. You are now in the Ashiga Stronghold.

Pass through the rubble and watch out for the guard coming over to investigate the explosion. Knock him out and go through the corridor. At the dead end, take a right and drop down the gap to reach the Boiler Room. Here, take a left and climb up the wall at the end to reach a level above. Take two successive lefts to find a vent and enter it. Follow the path and exit the vents. Your objective now is to find the Control Room.
Follow the yellow objective marker. The area ahead is guarded, but the guards towards the right patrol alone and can be taken out. Go right and head to the marker. Use a data spike on the door and enter the Control Room.
There’s a guard ahead in front of the energy barrier. Knock him out to clear the area. Now, shoot the power core next to the barrier. Climb up the wall on the right of the barrier and follow the climbing route presented. When you land on the platform, ahead of you will be a shutter. Get Nix to open the shutter and shoot the second power core.
Now, on the southwest corner of the room is a ladder you can climb. Go up the ladder and then look up to find the final power core. Shoot it to disable the energy barrier. Enter the room and disable the turrets. This will raise an alarm and you will have to defeat the attackers.
Next, you have to follow the marker and head to the Ashiga Cryochamber. Kill the guards and clear the Cryochamber. Secure the chamber and retrieve the Origin Strand from the center.
Star Wars Outlaws The Hive Choices: Give the Strand to Krisk or the Queen
With the Origin Strand in hand, head to the throne room and you will find Krisk and The Queen at odds with one another. Here, you will be presented with a choice – Give the strand to Krisk or give it to the Queen.

Krisk is allied with the Crimson Dawn. If you hand over the strand to her, your reputation with the syndicate will see a major boost. Krisk will then kill the Queen and take over the clan as its leader.
Give the Strand to the Queen
If you pick the Queen, your reputation with the Ashiga Clan will see a major boost. Krisk, however, will be killed for rebelling against the Queen.
Neither of the two choices will impact the main story, and they do not offer any rewards. You can simply pick the syndicate of your choice.
