UK YouTuber and rapper Yung Filly has been charged with multiple offenses. He has pleaded not guilty to all of them.
UK YouTuber and rapper Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, aka “Yung Filly,” has pleaded not guilty to the charges made against him. For context, back in October 2024, the YouTuber was accused of several counts of sexual assault and bodily harm. He was subsequently extradited to Perth, Australia, where he has remained since. Yesterday (March 11, 2025), the YouTuber was presented before the Perth Magistrates Court. When asked how he pleaded, he denied all allegations.
Filly has remained silent since the controversy. However, yesterday, while leaving the court, he appeared in a rather cheerful mood. He greeted the horde of reporters standing outside the court by stating:
“Afternoon, afternoon. (One of the reporters asked, ‘How are you feeling?’) There’s a couple, brother. Afternoon, afternoon, enjoy the weather, man, it’s a lovely day.”

How Many Charges Does Yung Filly Face?
UK YouTuber Yung Filly is currently facing legal proceedings in Perth, Australia. Authorities have charged him with eight offenses, including four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of obstructing a person’s breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.
As mentioned, the YouTuber denies all allegations. The court has scheduled his next hearing for June 16, 2025. While he is currently out on bail, authorities have prohibited him from leaving Western Australia due to the ongoing investigation.
In addition to the sexual assault charges, Filly is also facing other legal penalties. In January 2025, he was fined $1,000 and given a six-month driving ban for allegedly speeding. Reports suggest that he stated he was in a hurry to return to his mother, who was unwell, indicating that his family is with him in Australia.

Filly has not returned to the UK since arriving in Australia in September 2024. He has halted all his social media activities, including his podcast, The Chunkz and Filly Show, which he co-hosted with fellow YouTuber and Beta Squad member Chunkz.
Filly has over 1.8 million subscribers on his YouTube channel. He primarily uploaded music videos, along with challenge and quiz-related content featuring his fellow UK YouTube friends. His collaborations include videos with Chunkz, Harry Pinero, Sharky, Darkest Man, and more.
