How To Find Captain Sims in Atomfall
You can find Captain Sims inside the village of Wyndham. He usually walks around two specific locations. He can be standing around his desk on the stage. The other location would be the green, milling around the bandstand.
In your playthrough, you’ll come across soldiers who will explain that Captain Sims is looking for you. This triggers your first encounter with him in the story. The soldiers will then direct you to Wyndham village, where he can be found. On your first encounter, he is seen giving a speech at the bandstand.
