The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti is a mid-range graphics card in Nvidia’s 5000 series lineup that comes with both 8 GB and 16 GB variants. Powered by Blackwell architecture and featuring DLSS 4, the card boasts robust 1080p and 1440p capabilities.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a popular, fast-paced first-person shooter that requires strong GPU performance to run smoothly at high frame rates. RTX 5060 Ti users and those looking to purchase it can use this guide to get the most out of their card in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.

The RTX 5060 Ti runs Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 extremely well on 1080p and 1440p resolutions with Ultra and high settings, easily pushing beyond 120 fps on both. The game uses between 9 and 11 GB of VRAM while at maxed-out settings. Therefore, the 16 GB RTX 5060 Ti is better suited to running the game at high frame rates while maintaining pristine clarity.

However, 8 GB RTX 5060 Ti users can get similar results by lowering Shadow Quality, Shader Quality, and Particle Resolution. An important detail to remember is that Black Ops 6 is very CPU-intensive, meaning performance can be easily bottlenecked by a processor with less power than recommended by the game’s system requirements. This is especially true for playing at 1440p.

Settings for 1080p

The RTX 5060 Ti doesn’t break a sweat powering Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at 1080p with the Extreme settings preset. We still recommend using DLSS and frame generation to harvest the card’s full potential and maintain over 140 fps.

  • Upscaling: DLSS (Balanced)
  • Frame Generation: On
  • Texture Resolution: High
  • Texture Filter Anisotropic: Ultra
  • Depth of Field: Off (Subjective)
  • Detail Quality: High
  • Particle Resolution: High
  • Bullet Impacts: On
  • Persistent Effects: On
  • Shader Quality: High
  • On-Demand Texture Streaming: Optimized
  • Local Texture Streaming Quality: Normal
  • Shadow Quality: Ultra
  • Screen Space Shadows: High
  • Occlusion and Screen Space Lighting: Ultra
  • Screen Space Reflections: High
  • Static Reflection Quality: High
  • Tessellation: Near
  • Volumetric Quality: High
  • Deferred Physics Quality: High
  • Weather Grid Volumes: Ultra
  • Water Quality: All

Settings for 1440p

Running Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at 1440p is slightly trickier with the RTX 5060 Ti. Although the card can support the Extreme preset at the resolution, we recommend tweaking some settings to maintain over 120 fps. This involves switching DLSS to Performance and lowering a few settings.

  • Upscaling: DLSS (Performance)
  • Frame Generation: On
  • Texture Resolution: High
  • Texture Filter Anisotropic: Ultra
  • Depth of Field: Off (Subjective)
  • Detail Quality: High
  • Particle Resolution: Normal
  • Bullet Impacts: On
  • Persistent Effects: On
  • Shader Quality: Medium
  • On-Demand Texture Streaming: Optimized
  • Local Texture Streaming Quality: Low
  • Shadow Quality: Normal
  • Screen Space Shadows: Off
  • Occlusion and Screen Space Lighting: Ultra
  • Screen Space Reflections: Off
  • Static Reflection Quality: High
  • Tessellation: High
  • Volumetric Quality: High
  • Deferred Physics Quality: High
  • Weather Grid Volumes: Ultra
  • Water Quality: All
