We’ve spent some time testing each class to help you figure out which ones are worth your Credits.

Complete Dead Planets Roblox Class Rankings

After playing with each class and seeing how they perform, here’s how they all rank from best to not-so-great:

S-Tier (The Best)

  • Sharpshooter (60 Credits) – You get a Pulse 9 gun right away and do more damage with it. Great for keeping zombies away and staying safe.
  • Drone Operator (100 Credits) – Your drone kills nearby zombies for you. It’s pricey but makes the game much easier.

A-Tier (Really Good)

  • Scout (25 Credits) – Runs 50% faster and can spot enemies easily. Perfect for beginners and won’t cost you much.
  • Jetpacker (80 Credits) – Can fly short distances with the jetpack. Great for getting out of tight spots.

B-Tier (Decent)

  • Medic (15 Credits) – Starts with 2 Medkits. Good for staying alive but doesn’t help much with fighting.
  • Helion (50 Credits) – Heals more during daytime. Nice to have but not amazing.

C-Tier (Not Great)

  • Demolitionist (15 Credits) – Gets 2 Pulse Grenades at the start. They’re helpful but run out quickly.
  • Technician (45 Credits) – Makes the truck move 20% faster. Sounds good but doesn’t help much in practice.

Best Class for New Players

If you’re just starting out, grab the Scout class. It only costs 25 Credits, and the speed boost helps you run away from trouble while you’re learning the game. Plus, being able to spot enemies through walls is super helpful when you’re figuring out where all the dangers are.

How To Change Your Class

Want to try a different class? Here’s what you need to do:

  • Pick up Credit packs around the map until you have enough for the class you want
  • Head back to the Hub area
  • Look for the Classes hole and jump in (don’t worry, it’s safe!)
  • Pick your new class from the menu and hit Purchase

Quick Tips for Each Class

Here’s how to make the most of each class:

  • Sharpshooter – Keep your distance and use your gun. You’re strongest when zombies can’t reach you.
  • Drone Operator – Let your drone do the work while you focus on collecting stuff.
  • Scout – Use your speed to grab resources and run from fights you can’t win.
  • Jetpacker – Save your fuel for emergencies. It’s better to have it when you really need it.
  • Medic – Keep one Medkit for yourself and share the other with teammates.
  • Helion – Try to do most of your fighting during the day when you heal better.
  • Demolitionist – Save grenades for big groups of zombies.
  • Technician – Stay close to the truck since that’s where your ability helps most.

Remember, even the best class won’t help if you’re not careful. Keep an eye on your health, stay close to your team, and don’t be afraid to run away when things get tough!
