Destiny 2 Accrued Redemption God Roll and How to Get

Welcome to our Destiny 2 Accrued Redemption and How to Get guide. Accrued Redemption is a kinetic precision frame bow launched with the release of the Garden of Salvation raid. This bow comes packed with strong damage perks, and it’s one of the best kinetic bows in the game.

Bows have always had a place in PVE due to their high damage output and infinite ammo. They can require a little effort into learning how to use them effectively, but can be very rewarding to use. In PVP, they are incredibly strong two shot kill weapons, dealing massive damage which you can follow up with a second shot or swap to another weapon to clean up the kill.

How to Obtain Accrued Redemption

Garden Of Salvation Raid
Garden Of Salvation Raid

Accrued Redemption is obtained in the Garden of Salvation raid from the Shadowkeep Expansion. Specifically, it has a chance to drop from the first encounter and can be farmed when the raid is the focused raid of the week. It has a smaller than normal perk pool increasing the chances of obtaining your desired roll with not much effort.

PVE Accrued Redemption God Roll

The following list includes all Destiny 2 Accrued Redemption God Roll traits for PVE.

StringElastic String
FletchingCompact Arrow Shaft
Perk 1Archer’s Tempo
Perk 2Explosive Head
MasterworkDraw Time
ModMajor Spec

Barrel: For the string, we are going with Elastic String. This string gives the largest reduction to our base draw time and effectively increases our damage by allowing us to draw the bow faster.

Magazine: The obvious choice here is Compact Arrow Shaft. This perk gives the bow faster reload which allows you to notch an arrow faster and stability which lets you hold a perfect draw longer for a larger window on maximum arrow damage.

Column 3 Perk: We are going with Archer’s Tempo as it gives a draw time buff after hitting a precision shot that lets us draw our bow faster than the base stats would allow. This is incredibly strong since bows are very easy to land headshots with.

Column 4 Perk: Lastly, Explosive Head is the must have choice here. It converts some of the arrows damage into boosted explosive damage effectively giving the bow infinite range and a little bit of AOE damage.

Masterwork: Draw time masterwork here allows us to reach the fastest base draw time until perks like Archer’s Tempo take effect.

Mod: Major spec in your mod slot gives you increased damage to major enemies such as champions. Since this weapon already one shots most low health enemies, we want to give a small damage boost to a larger health enemy type.

Conclusion: Bows are incredibly powerful for PVE due to their massive damage and fun factor. Paired with some incredibly strong perks this weapon can be fantastic for both low end and end game PVE when paired with anti-champion artifact passives.

PVP Accrued Redemption God Roll

The following list includes all Destiny 2 Accrued Redemption God Roll traits for PVP

Barrel: For the string, we are going with Elastic String. This string gives the largest reduction to our base draw time and effectively increases our damage by allowing us to draw the bow faster.

Magazine: Straight Fletching is a must have here. It increases our accuracy and since it’s very important to land every arrow you fire in PVP with such a slow time to kill already.

Column 3 Perk: We are going with Quickdraw. This gives us maximum handling when swap to or from this weapon and a handling duration modifier as well.

Column 4 Perk: For our final perk, we are going with Moving Target. Moving Target gives a boost in our aim assist as well as gives a speed increase while aiming down sights. Since the common method of gunfights include moving to the left and right erratically to make your enemies miss, this perk can give you the edge in any engagement.

Masterwork: Following a similar theme we are going with a Draw Time masterwork. Paired with our string this will give us the maximum base draw time before perks.

Mod: Quick Access Sling is our mod of choice because it blends well with quickdraw to give us super snappy ready and stow speeds so we are prepared for any engagement.

Conclusion: Bows are incredibly powerful as a team shooting weapon, dealing massive damage and allowing your teammates to clean up kills. Even solo playstyles can be quite strong when paired with a weapon to follow up the damage needed to secure a kill.
