Good news for Star Wars fans playing Destiny 2! Bungie and Lucasfilms are collaborating to bring Star Wars armor pieces into the game. It was revealed during a Twitch developer livestream. The armor pieces will be available for you to try out when Destiny 2: Heresy, Act I drops on February 4, 2025. Here, we will guide you on how you can get these amazing Star Wars armors in Destiny 2, along with any additional information about them as revealed by the makers.

How To Get Star Wars Armor in Destiny 2

When Act I of Heresy drops, you will be able to purchase the Star Wars armors from the Eververse stores in exchange for silvers. The developers have yet to reveal whether you can buy the armor pieces with Bright Dust. There will be three different armor sets, depending on the subclass you have chosen in Destiny 2. So, you will only be able to buy and wear the armor that matches your subclass.

Here are the different Star Wars armor and the classes they are tied to.

  • Covert Ranger Set for Hunters
  • Royal Protector Set for Warlocks
  • Shock Enforcer Set for Titans

The Covert Ranger Set takes inspiration from the armor worn by Elite Deathtroopers. You may find similarities between the outfit of the Imperial Royal Guards and the Royal Protector Set. If you want the classic look of stormtroopers in Destiny 2, the Titan class’s Shock Enforcer Set is the right choice.

Beyond the armors, the developers also revealed additional Star Wars crossover inclusions in the upcoming update. A Star Wars-inspired sparrow, finisher, ship, and emotes are also making their way into the game. The DS-2 Ghostshell will be added too, which draws inspiration from the Death Star.
