Rocket Launchers are the absolute king of damage meta in almost all situations, with their only downside being dangerous to use due to accidental deaths.

How to get Roar of the Bear God Roll in Destiny 2

To get Roar of the Bear in Destiny 2, players will need to play in the Iron Banner playlist. Players can earn the weapon by completing matches or by turning in the Iron Banner Engrams earned at each rank up. Rocket Barrel: When it comes to rocket launchers, there really isn’t a wrong choice for the barrel in PvE. Quick Launch is typically preferred but this is a very minor issue if your roll doesn’t have it.

Magazine: On the other end of the spectrum, Impact Casing is a must have perk since it adds a direct buff to damage. Don’t leave home without it.

Column 3 Trait: During DPS phases, reloading quickly is very important on a weapon that can only load one rocket in the chamber. Field Prep gives a huge buff to Reload Speed and is a for sure pick for this column. Tracking Module isn’t a bad choice either.

Column 4 Trait: Its all about getting out as much damage as possible with rockets, and the best damage perk on this Rocket Launcher is Lasting Impressions. Vorpal Weapon will also work but isn’t as good.

Origin Trait: The origin trait can’t be changed and is honestly not the greatest for PvE.

Masterwork: Velocity or Handling are typically the best plays here.

Mods: This is boss damage weapon and that means there is really only one choice, Boss Spec.

Conclusion: While not the best Solar Rocket Launcher for PvE, its still very effective and relatively easy to acquire. It has a few decent rolls and is decently easy to farm. If you have a god roll Apex Predator, don’t worry about farming this though.

PvP Roar of the Bear God Roll

Rocket Barrel: This rocket launcher already has an amazing Blast Radius stat. Linear Compensator boost it up to the max while helping our other stats as well.

Magazine: Black Powder will max out the Blast Radius stat when combined with Linear Compensator

Column 3 Trait: Guardians in PvP are always moving. This makes anything that can help you hit them very useful. Tracking Module is a great choice here. Impulse Amplifier is also a decent choice.

Column 4 Trait: The larger an explosion with a rocket launcher, the better your chances of killing an enemy in PvP. Cluster Bombs makes the largest explosions in the game. While the chances of the one shot kill with them is slightly less its still the best option.

Origin Trait: A decent PvP perk that can’t be changed anyway. Mostly a little passive benefit.

Masterwork: Since Blast Radius is already maxed out go with Velocity.

Mods: Quick Access Sling allows players to pull the rocket out quickly, which can make or break a huge play.

Conclusion: This rocket seems made for PvP. Its got great stats and all the right perks and multiple ways to max out its blast radius. A decent pick for some nice easy kills when heavy drops.
