Shayura’s Wrath is a void precision frame submachine gun reintroduced during Episode Echoes. Shayura’s Wrath is an old favorite from Season of the Splicer that was popular in PvP and PvE. It comes back now with new and improved perk options, especially for those seeking Void synergy. While not as popular as their 900 Rounds Per Minute counterparts, precision frame SMG’s are still very good in both PvE and PvP.

The best perks for Shayura’s Wrath PVE God Roll are Fluted Barrel, Flared Magwell, Repulsor Brace, and Destabilizing Rounds. These provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

Since Season of the Splicer, Shayura’s Wrath PvE perks have changed quite a bit, but not necessarily in a bad way. It already has nearly perfect recoil direction so Arrowhead Brake isn’t needed, making Fluted Barrel a prime choice. Flared Magwell makes the reload of this weapon faster, and since the gun has a small magazine this is crucial to keep rounds down range. Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds make a great combination on this weapon for Void builds. If you aren’t looking for Void synergy there are several other great combinations like Killing Wind and Kill Clip or Discord and Harmony.
Submachine Guns are a favorite in Destiny 2 for PvE. Precision frames fall a bit behind their counterparts but are still great options. Shayura’s Wrath has a lot going for it and is worth a look. If you are playing a void subclass and need something to synergize with your build, Shayura’s Wrath is the perfect choice.

The best perks for Shayura’s Wrath PVP God Roll are Hammer-Forged Rifling, Ricochet Rounds, Dynamic Sway Reduction, and Kill Clip. These provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

- Column 3 Trait: Dynamic Sway Reduction
- Column 4 Trait: Kill Clip

While it may seem like overkill, we want to buff the range of this weapon up as high as we can. Hammer-Forged Rifling and Ricochet Rounds are staples on PvP guns and that remains true here. Perks like Dynamic Sway Reduction and Zen Moment are great for keeping your weapon on target. To improve TTK, the best perk is Kill Clip, making it possible to score the kill in .6 seconds. If you want something more forgiving Target Lock is the play, but if you want to improve the performance of the weapon the Tap the Trigger will help with keeping your weapon on target.
Shayura’s Wrath ruled the Crucible for a good long while during its debut in Season 14. It has great Aim Assistance and some of the best range on a submachine gun. Combine that with some great perks to improve performance and TTK and you have yourself a monster in PvP.
How to Get Shayura’s Wrath in Destiny 2
Shayura’s Wrath can be obtained from any Trials of Osiris Reward source. This includes the Weekly challenges for winning 7 matches and winning rounds. It can also randomly drop from Trials engrams. Shayura’s Wrath (Adept) can only be earned by completing a flawless Trials of Osiris Passage by winning 7 matches without losing or by getting through a Passage of Persistence. Once the weapon has been earned you can focus it at Saint-14 for Trials Engrams and Glimmer. The Adept version can only be focused on the Weeks it is the weekly Flawless reward and only with 10 Osirian Ciphers.
