Destiny 2 Veiled Threat God Roll and How to Get

Veiled Threat is a stasis rapid-fire frame auto rifle released with the Final Shape expansion with the Episode 1: Echoes activities. Auto Rifles are a great weapon for PVE and PVP due to their high-capacity magazines and range over submachine guns. The Veiled Threat has a preferred PVE frame although its perks are slightly lackluster.

The best perks for Veiled Threat PVE God Roll are the Arrowhead Brake, Appended Mag, Threat Detector, and Headstone. These provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

The following list is the best perks for Veiled Threat PVE God Roll in Destiny 2:

  • Barrel: Arrowhead Brake
  • Magazine: Appended Mag
  • Column 3 Trait: Threat Detector
  • Column 4 Trait: Headstone
  • Masterwork: Reload Speed
  • Origin Trait: Radiolaria Transposer
  • Weapon Mod: Backup Mag

Firstly, the Arrowhead Brake brings our recoil to a manageable pattern allowing for consistent shots. Also, we combine Appended Mag, Threat Detector, Reload Speed masterwork, and Backup Mag to increase our base magazine and reduce any time spent reloading. Lastly, Headstone spawns a stasis crystal after getting a precision kill. This allows the weapon to have an area-of-effect explosion by shooting the spawned crystal.

Auto Rifles are powerful weapons in PVE because of their damage per shot, ease of use, and fast fire rate. The biggest negative for Veiled Threat is its perks. It has solid perk choices however it has nothing to stand out against other weapons that fill the same functions. Regardless, it has a cool aesthetic and is craftable making it a great choice for people without other stasis auto rifle options already.

The best perks for Veiled Threat PVP God Roll are Arrowhead Brake, Accurized Rounds, Fragile Focus, and Desperate Measures. These provide important stats, utility, and damage for the weapon.

The following list is the best perks for Veiled Threat PVP God Roll in Destiny 2:

  • Barrel: Arrowhead Brake
  • Magazine: Accurized Rounds
  • Column 3 Trait: Fragile Focus
  • Column 4 Trait: Desperate Measures
  • Masterwork: Range
  • Origin Trait: Radiolaria Transposer
  • Weapon Mod: Counterbalance Stock

Like most PVP weapons, we are focusing on the range especially since this archetype has the lowest base range of any auto rifle. So we are going with Acurrized Rounds, Fragile Focus, and Range masterwork to excessively boost our range well paste its base level. Also, we are going with an Arrowhead Brake and Counterbalance Stock mod to make our recoil pattern vertical and more consistent. Lastly, Desperate Measures is one of the best damage perks available on the weapon, allowing us to change the time to kill from four shots to three after getting a kill.

Auto rifles are potent mid-range PVP weapons that are very consistent and easy to use. With recent buffs to their range and consistency, they have become a meta choice for PVP players. However, they can be out-gunned at close range against submachine guns so it’s best to play a little distance.
