You obtain the VS Pyroelectric Propellant from Vesper’s Host Dungeon on Europa. Specifically, the VS Pyroelectric Propellant can drop from the 2nd and 3rd Encounters of the dungeon. To access the Vesper’s Host dungeon, you will need own the Final Shape Dungeon Key and pick up the quest Rogue Network from the Spider in the Last City. Once you complete the Rogue Network quest, you can also get it from the secret chest found throughout the dungeon.

Because the weapon has deterministic recoil, Arrowhead Brake is not a powerful as it normally is on primary weapons, but is still the best option for PvE. Since the main roll is utilizing Jolting Feedback, Appended Mag (especially when paired with a Back-Up Mag mod) is a god-tier perk on this weapon. There isn’t a bad masterwork that can roll on this thing, but Reload Speed is the most beneficial.
People call the VS Pyroelectric Propellant the legendary version of the Zhalo Supercell exotic from Destiny 1. The weapon has definitely earned that title as the perk Jolting Feedback is basically Incandescent but for Jolt. It procs often and doesn’t require the rounds to hit the same target. Therefore, the weapon is effective in both low and high-end content. For column 3, you can opt for either Eddy Current or Strategist. The Ballistics mod is also a solid choice, but you could opt for less range and take the Counterbalance Stock mod to get an excellent recoil pattern.
